Ordered an area rug online using egift cards. Order was canceled without mentioning any reasons. When called the customer service they also not sure why it is canceled when it is still available online for orders. I was advised to buy it ftom the store instead. When inquired for the refund, it was told that refund would be thru physical gift card that will be mailed to my address and it can take a week. Around June 2021 my husband and I paid to have five windows installed. Said windows were installed around September 2021. Four out of five windows were fine, but the fifth window....had a big scratch on the glass, the screen did not fit the frame and the handle was bent. I ordered a washing machine and dryer online from Lowe's on June 16th, 2022. Lowe's schemed delivery on June 22nd and the dryer was successfully delivered and installed. The washing machine was rescheduled to be delivered on June 24th. June 24th came and went with no delivery, just an email first stating that my washer was available for pickup at my local Lowe's in **********, **. I bought a dryer and hookups on friday july 1 2022 . lowes delivered the dryer on monday as promised. The delivery guys didn't bring the hookups to have the dryer running. They told me to call lowes back and have someone else to bring the hookups. I called jerimah the applicance manager and he sent someone from the lowes store in ***** to hook up the dryer but he didn't have the hookups. I just want someone from lowes in ************* to bring my paid for hookups and please install them so I can use my dryer.

Lowes in ***********, **. for a refrigerator told me delivery 5 different days & never delivered. I got my money back after 5 th day of waiting, went to ********** & was happy with their service
The manager was super rude and unprofessional. They won't price match to their own online site but will price match to other online retailers which makes no sense. A few weeks ago they cancelled my pickup order online without any reasoning as well.
Awful experience. Purchased refrigerator on 16 June. Was told it was going to be delivered on the 17 June between 4pm and 8pm. I recieved no follow up thr day of nor any notification that it was not going to be delivered. The following day at 9:30am no one could inform me where the refrigerator was or why it wasn't delivered in the time frame that was given. No one could tell where the refrigerator was at. On 6/8/2022 I made a purchase of Kitchen appliance that arrive with scratches. Contacted Lowes with a complaint I was told I would get 10% off if I kept my appliance. I paid cash for this purchase why every week Lowes keep taking 152 out of my account. ***** was my sale associate.
