I have the displeasure of working here, and let me tell you. Management does not care. These reviews look like this because OUR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE, from the top all the way down. As an employee for the last 2 years, I have never had as hard of a time getting help in the store as I have recently. The entire Lowes experience was abysmal, that is the best word to describe it. From the in person to the online. It started on May 28, 2022, when the initial order was placed in store to todays date when I received a call letting me know that they needed the credit card information for the online purchase to initiate a refund. If they did not have it they would need to issue the refund at a store. Not one person I ever spoke to ever gave me a straight answer. Unable to get a quote for a new fence, keep getting the run around. One person came out, but never followed up with quote. Had second appointment for another person to come out and they never showed

I ordered a bathtub with a scheduled delivery date of Tuesday, June 14th, 2022. I scheduled my plumber and contractor for my bathroom renovation around this delivery date. I received an email that my order was delayed aby about a week, which held up my renovation and neither the plumber or contractor could continue working until the tub arrived. Good morning,I purchased a fence back in March I having been waiting for my install. The vendor Lowe's selected has given me the run around for two months. The skids of material concrete and wood were delivered the beginning of May 2022. The concrete hardened as it sat and the weight cracked up my patio. I was told within 7 days of the permit being issued I would be given a build date. They received the permit 6-2-2022. I was scheduled for a build date of 6-23-2022. Lowes in ******** ** is the worst home improvement store ever. The employees are clueless so they hide from customers!!! The manager actually suggested that I was silly for waiting on the porch and taking off work the day my lawnmower was supposed to be delivered. I say supposed because it never came. I will get a refund one way or another and i will never shop here again

I ordered a table from Lowes back in November of 2021 that never arrived. I have made multiple calls over the past 7 months to get a refund on my credit card and wasted multiple hours speaking to incompetent people who have been unable to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, they have ripped me off for $363.00

On June 9, 2022, I went into Lowes store #**** in *********, **. I worked with an associate named ***** to get a side-by-side black refrigerator. ***** looked in the system to confirm that the fridge was available, and we proceeded to place the order with a set delivery date for June 14. I receive a call on the day of delivery from Lowes confirming my delivery time between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. We place an order through Lowes in Monroe and was promised to be deliver on Monday June 20 th, It did not show up. We made several calls to the store and distribution center, it ended up not being put on the truck for delivery. They are sure happy to take your money, but dont carry through with their promises. If I could give 0 stars I would !
