July of last year I purchased over **** dollars of carpeting, padding, and installation. At that time I told the sales person at lowes of ****** that this will have to be installed in two different phases due to construction. He assured me that this would be no problem. However I would have to pay for the whole job at once to be assured that all the carpet was from the same dye lot. I paid for whole ****. The worst costumer service ever. My delivery rescheduled more then five times without any reason.
Do not order appliances for home delivery from Lowes. They delivered wrong appliance and destroyed my home in the process. They will not return phone calls to address yet are billing me monthly for a product I still don't have. This issue has been going on for over 4 months at the time of this review.
my review is a ZERO I purchased a refridge in 2018 that kicked the bucket in 2020 so I went a purchased another one well in April 2022 it kicked the bucket all I can say is NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE STINKS
Incompetent! Online order system changed store where I placed order (yes, did check first which store had it in stock) and then refused to honor my 10% coupon for my second purchase when they canceled my first order. Go to orange logo store, don't waste time here...
Have made 14 phone calls to lowes 4 to customer care and 10 to warranty department the first 6 calls on hold till call dropped the rest speaking to employees that didn't even file my claim until I requested a supervisor and all employees would tell me 1-2 business days for a return call waited 4 days and nothing call back to find out they didn't even put in service order .employees are not doing their job and I have each ones name
Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for someone to come get a skid of fence boards down. I went and found a ladder to do it myself and then someone finally showed up. They went to find a lift and I stood there for another 30 mins, they never showed back up. Call ** the store phone number and no one answered. This place is terrible.
I bought washer and dryer from Lowes, bought the 5 year Protection Plan, Had it before on other Washer and Dryer we bought from them, washer broke, called got someone about 20 mins, took about couple of days came out, said washer was bad, gave money back on Lowes gift card, washer is leaking after 13 months and now it is 14 and half months, tried to call protection number couldn't get anyone on, went to Lowes store where I bought washer and dryer, they said they couldn't help me, and said other people were having the same pr... read more
