Terrible customer service long wait times on the phone, impossible to order anything from ********** ***** and the ****** ***** Store or online. Employees are rude when they cant answer your question often they hang up on you, this has happened a few times, management at these stores are impossible to find. Today I tried to speak with someone in the paint ***** to see if it was in stock he hung up on me. these two stores are deplorable.

**** We bought a Frigidaire Counter-depth refrigerator at Lowe's in **********, OH on July 2021.They talked us into buying the Lowe's Protection Plan so we could get reimbursed 50% on the air and water filters. None of the Lowe's stores carry the water filter for this frig. We tried ordering the water filter on the Lowe's website and it isn't available. I ordered the water filter on Amazon but they won't refund because it wasn't bought thru Lowe's. Twice we have called to be refunded our money we paid for the Protection Plan... read more

My husband and I purchased $7,000 carpet from Lowes in April. Our carpet purchase included measuring and installation. On April 29th our carpet was installed by ****** Interiors who Lowes hired for measuring and installation. Three installers were at our house from 8 AM to 6 PM. My husband and I both took vacation days to be there and to move all glassware, decorations, books, closet **** etc from all the rooms. We bought carpet for 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Im extremely ****** off about Lowes Protection Plan. Ive purchased 3 ******* appliances through Lowes, a washer and dryer, refrigerator with the Lowes Protection Plan. Back on Friday March 25th my ******* Washer caught on fire, fortunately my house didnt catch on fire. On Saturday March 26th I called lowes protection and had scheduled Techniton to come out on Tuesday March 29th. I waited all day no call no show, I called several times with no response. I bought a Lowes service policy with my new GE Profile Refrigerator. The problem when i purchase a 6-month Twist Water Filter Lowes is supposed to send me a $25 Lowes Gift.Card Waited over 30 days no gift card. Westminister location does not honor return policy. Refuses to accept returns from a specific other store (**********) even if within 30 days and with receipt. This is a clear breach of contract between consumer and store. They must honor return policy as stated at time item was purchased.

Should have an F rating and 1 star at most. Ordered a ******* washer (they are horrible too) for my renovated home. After 7 cycles the weights exploded and started to grind the concrete on the bottom. Lowes said I had to go through ******* only. Wasted hundreds of hours and money waiting for a repair or replacement of the washer. A month later and still waiting. I too would leave ZERO stars if that was an option. Purchased a lawn mower two years ago, had to take it back because it quit working. Of course it was out of warranty. Purchased another one, had to take it back this weekend because it quit working. It was still under the original warranty but had purchased the two-year extended warranty. Associate wasn't going to do anything to help but finally switched out the mower, for a more expensive one. I would now like to transfer over that unused warranty to the new mower. I ordered a fridge, not knowing Lowes used a sketchy third party delivery company. They guys coming to my home looked a mess and were very unprofessional. My request for them to wear a mask has led me to still not having a fridge. this is day 3 now of my families suffering.
