WE purchased whirlpool refrig from Lowes with extended warranty.We have had problems with ice dispenser , multiple service calls with no resolve. Now since we met criteria we re to be reimbursed for a new fridge per warranty.However , since 4/21 have called Assurant at Lowes--x3. I was at Store ****, in Warrensburg on Thursday, May 5th, to return yet another can of rotten chunky paint I received from this location. The Self Checkout attendant, ****, was untrained, unprofessional, and rude. I purchased a dryer on 4/23/22 with a delivery date of 4/25/22. On 4/25 they called and said they could not locate the dryer and would call me back. I never received a phone call back only the automated line stating my delivery had been rescheduled for 4/26. Since I didn't plan to be home as I never received a call back I had to call to reschedule. Only to find they would not answer the phone. I had to then call to find a manager to reschedule. The delivery **** is a joke. Purchased a new washer and dryer on 5/3. Was told both were in stock and that they would be delivered on 5/5. Took off work and had my teenage son stay home from school to assist with delivery, install and removal (which I paid extra for from Lowes). On 4/13 we ordered a lawnmower and paid using our Lowes credit card. Original delivery was from *********, ** with delivery date of 4/18. We received an email due to stock levels our order was being moved to Camden, DE and delivery date moved to 4/19. No courtesy call just an informal email, but ok its just one day. Our interaction with the local Lowes store and their Installation Team has been very frustrating. The manager said she would check things out and get back to us. She didn't. We would tell the Installation Team that the installation had been rescheduled and they would call later to ask how the installation went. Lowes Bedford uses a company called Service First to do the installing of doors. This is the worst company ever. It took a total of 4 months to install one door. First it was they showed up at my home without the correct door, I waited a couple weeks to get the new door. The 2nd installers came and said we can't install we have the wrong door, a few more weeks pass and 3rd installers comes and takes my door off without checking to see if they had the proper door and correct size and found out after tearing my entire door dow... read more
