Horrible customer service. So many problems with my siding installation. They never pulled an electrical permit. It finally got pulled by the contractor 5 months after my job was finished after calling them multiple times. I had many other issues as well. They didn't follow the contract and never called me back after calling them at least 7 times. They just brush you off and never address issues hoping that you will eventually stop calling.

Lowes Do you like paying people to treat you like garbage? Well then, common down to lowes! Where the bad service is guaranteed with every sale! Want the wrong product sent to your house? They can do that! Want them to rip up your floors before checking that they have the materials they need? They can do that too! Lie to you about how long the fix will take? I bought and had my fence installed by Lowes in ************, ** on ***********. The subcontractor used for the fence was horrible and Lowes was no help. I am 14 months from the installation and although the warranty is only good for 12 the gate was one of the issues I had and now the brackets holding the gate up have broken so I have called Lowes for over a week to find out if they will help and was told they will get the fence installers out and should hear in 48 hours, after not hearing called and was told they called the... read more

We purchased a dryer a month ago they took the money out and have been pushing out delivery for over a month when asked to get a refund Everytime I call I get put on hold for an hour and then get hung up on before speaking to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We signed a contract in September 2021 for the purchase and installation of windows and sliding glass doors. The estimated date of delivery was January 2022. When January arrived, the date was perpetually pushed back. Some of the product was delivered mid-March and the installation process began March 30. The subcontractors installed 2 sliding glass doors improperly (they have failed inspection) and left 3 inch gaps in our stucco surrounding the sliders. The store itself is wonderful, I have no problem with that. I find everything that I need at a decent price. The staff is wonderful and quite helpful.On the other hand, their staff on the phone when you make a call to discuss a credit issue there is a problem. They are too impersonal and need to be trained in how to speak to the consumer and not read their script and sound like a robot on the phone.On 10/6/21, I paid my Lowe's account in full in the amount of $1,468.24. People should never buy from Lowes ever.. Off season i was promised that a part would fit my lawn mower that i was getting ready for upcoming season and the lowes rep swore it will work and fit and i spent hundreds of dollars buying the part.. Once mover season started i tried to install a part that does not fit at all but the help from lowes are saying its too late to return or credit back to buy the right now and its my lost i lost out on my money. we have paid ****** upfront to have the roof installed in november 2021 and they installed the wrong color so they stopped midway and they said they would install the right color but they never did. it is already may 2022. Purchased multiple trays of flowers and multiples of other plants. Cashier insisted on scanning each one (all the same) instead of ringing up by quantity. Paid over $250. Transaction went through, I get alerted by my cc company. Then supposedly their computer crashes. Manager comes over and says everything has to be rung back up and charge my credit card again.
