My husband is a 100% veteran we are purchasing custom 8ft security doors when his military discount didn't work we where told he used up is 400$ worth of discount for the year.i suppose we will give the mom and pop shops are business. Obviously we shop there alot sad how this company treat their veterans

I bought a washer and dryer from Lowes in ************** **. They added a 6 dryer cord, new dryer duct and a bear claw clamp. The total for the extras came to $47.72. When they arrived the next day the extras were not on the truck. I went to Lowes for a refund on the missing items and got the money back. I told them it should have came to $50.58 because I paid 6% taxes. They would not return the taxes even though I did not receive the items. Is this standard for a business??

Around Dec. 2021. I purchased ********* worth of french doors. I paid before the doors were installed as per The consultant Timon. That was Lowe's policy, which is a bad one for the consumer. I was promised a ****** rebate which never came. Forward to installation. The crew was exceptional. The problem was when we had our first rain one door leaked the door. Called Lowe's to report this. I bought a whirlpool dryer from Lowes with an extended warranty and it has been going on THREE MONTHS and their repair people can NOT fix it and they won't replace it! this exact same thing happened a yr ago with a washing machine from Lowes but I waited OVER THREE MONTHS with a broken washer. Finally a local manager helped get it replaced. DO NOT get the extended warranty plan! We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with our order of flooring and installation. This process started in February. They finally delivered our materials and started installation yesterday. The installers left yesterday with the job not finished, wrong materials needed, and were supposed to come back at 9 a.m. today. No one has shown up or called this morning. I bought a refrigerator along with a 5 year extended extended warranty from ******, ** Lowes on September 8, 2018. Repairmen came to my house four different times last year to work on the ice maker. On April 30, 2022 the refrigerator/ freezer went out and we lost all our food. I have called Extended warranty people several times and they cannot find my contract. I had carpet install 2 years ago on my stairs the previous carpet was installed over 20 years ago and it never came loose from the stairs but when I got the new carpet install 2 years later its loose I have fell down my stairs and also the staples are showing and cut my feet the carpet installation is showing. Never will I get any carpet from Lowe's and definitely not get them to install it

I paid for a gun safe with delivery from my local lowes. Just got the run around about delivery dates that never happened and when I asked why, I was told it was their 3rd party companies fault. Then the 3rd party said lowes never had the product available for them to pick up to deliver. Had to get a uhaul because I was tired of the wait and runaround. I had purchased a 5 year Lowe's protection plan for my washer and dryer . I have never had a problem getting a hold of anyone in this department foe service, until recently. Hold times of over an hour with no callback option and then when you do get to talk with someone, it is no longer USA support!! If you're using your cell phone you better hope the call doesn't get dropped because they cannot call you back! So aggravating ??
