I went to the ** Shadeland Lowes today with my wife seeking a new kitchen sink and installation purchase and we were also considering buying new bathroom fixtures as well with installation and the staff was totally inept. We had five different employees try to help us and they could not answer our simple product questions or set us up with installation services, for which we were willing to pay. Dealing with the delivery department at Lowes *****, ** was the worst experience I have ever had. Such horrible customer service experience that we ended up cancelling our $7,000 order because of the distrust we had with the exployees. The delivery driver "******" as it said online kept pushing our order back to delayed status until 8pm where it wasn't delivered. Hello i am really disappointed with lowes is been a month since I filled a claim because my refrigerator broke down and I have 3 kids I need to keep food for one of them drinks ready to feed formula and everything is going to waste I cant afford to buy food every day and to be throwing the formula away.my 1st claim was cancelled and I was never notify if I wouldnt have called back to follow on claim I would I have been left hanging. I attempted to have Lowe's replace a bathroom vanity with a new double vanity. They have made mistakes at every turn of the process. I've had someone else's vanity top delivered to my home and also received my own vanity top, but in the incorrect size. Delivery for the parts took months and when the day came for Lowe's contractors to install the new vanity they informed me they wouldn't be able to put in the vanity until extensive plumbing work was done. I ordered a fire pit and was told delivery would be next day4/26. I live 9/10s of a mile from lowes in ******** ** yet delivery never showed up and I was told it went out on the wrong truck. BS. If that was the case truck could have delivered it same day last stop on its way in. On 4/27 I could not get a straight answer from corporate or store level. I bought a Maytag Dryer from Lowes. It broke while still within the protection period (twice). Their customer service line is HORRIBLE. From being put on hold for 3 hours and hung up on as soon as I answer (this also happened twice), to going into the actual store and have to stand there and wait for over 30 minutes for no one to show up. **************** can use some work. I purchased a refrigerator in-store at the Easton ** location and scheduled delivery with the store. The day before the delivery, I received an automated phone call to confirm it would be delivered between 12:30pm-4:30pm the next day. On the day of the delivery, no truck ever arrived. I called the store, who gave me the phone number of the delivery company. I called the delivery company, who said the refrigerator was on the truck, but they couldnt tell me when it would arrive. Where do I begin?! I paid for a fence install/materials by check (over $10,000 December 2020). Material arrived March 2021 with more than 1/2 the vinyl fencing being damaged. Second delivery in July 2021 almost all panels damaged. Fast forward to December 2021, contracting team STOP work and told me I needed to HIRE someone to dig up tree roots although I paid for a hard dig.
