On March 18, 2022 I purchased a Refrigerator from Lowes online, scheduled delivery for March 25, 2022. Was delivered tat morning around 11:00 AM. The old refrigerator was removed which also included the delivery team turning off the water line for ice maker and disconnecting it from old refrigerator to be removed. They installed the new refrigerator, which included hooking up the water line rand turning it on for new refrigerator and ice maker. If I could give zero stars I would! My experience with this store has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. On 3/1/22 I purchased several items for my bathroom renovation. one of the items(bathroom vanity) had to be shipped from another location. which means I couldn't leave with my complete order. the item was due at the store on 3/8. I received a call sooner that my items had arrived and were ready for pick up. Customer "disservice". The delivered the wrong craftsman toolbox and will not deliver the correct one. They don't return calls and they don't deliver what they promise.

Purchased locks for door. 3 times at 11pm the night before they cancelled my appointment for installation. Hope no one uses lowes for handyman work. They are unreliable and when you call they just say sorry. Not help getting items installed. They just say its the install company. I should have checked reviews before but I thought lowes has to be good. I was wrong. The company they use have the worst reviews I have ever read. Dont know how lowes can use them .

I bought 8 vegetable plants from the ***************** Lowes. The plants were frost damaged. This did not show up till 4 days later. The lady in customer service would only reimburse me for 5 even though I had 8. This was my last straw with Lowes. They have lost me as a customer. I told ********** what happened and they gave me 3 free plants and said we don't do our customers that way.

It's really too bad that I can't give "no" stars. Our fridge died and we lost most of the food in it. Went online and found what I wanted at Lowes in stock. Went to the store and had the salesperson check the warehouse to make sure it was still in stock. It was, we paid, and a delivery was scheduled for ten days later. The day before delivery, I received a call saying we would have to come back to the store and pick out a different refrigerator as they did not have what we had paid for. If giving a 0 star rating was possible I wouldnt definitely give 0 stars. I purchased a washer through Lowes, I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty for my washer at the check out (its on my receipt). No one is willing to even look up the warranty. No one is willing to help me contact Midea for a new washer. I also recently bought a stove, its already rusting! Havent even had it a year. If anyone takes my advice, it would definitely be to NOT go through lowes for any appliances, I would also NOT buy any extended warrant... read more

I ordered in a door in April of 2021. Over the course of the year the door was delayed multiple times. The door was eventually canceled and lowes never informed me or refunded me until I asked about the orders status. When a new door was order, it came in the wrong color. Another door was then ordered and it came in the wrong size. Another door was ordered and came in broken. We purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from Lowe's and had it delivered to my NEW home in December of 2021. The delivery guy installed everything and said it was working properly. However, once I washed a load of clothes, water went all into the floor on my hardwood floors in the laundry room and surrounding areas. I called both the contractor and Lowes.
