My refrigerator went out February 25th and I have been battling with Lowe's protection plan Frigidaire and ************ Lowe's in ******** about getting a replacement or a new refrigerator or even a reimbursement to buy another refrigerator. Store #**** in ***** VERY BAD SERVICE!!I researched ******** Lowes, and ********** for the best deal on a gas grill. I selected Lowes with a higher-priced item because they offered free assembly. I placed my order online, added my grill selection to the cart. At checkout, I noticed that I could also have the item delivered. We had a horrible and frustrating interaction with a manager at the Lowes Return Desk located at ************************************************************************. The events occurred on April 4th, approximately before noon. We entered the store to correct a pricing discrepancy on our credit card.The Manager was at the Return Desk when we approached. I visited the Lowe's at *********************************************************************************. Purchased a refrigerator and a stove. I was told the refrigerator was at the store, but they would have to order the stove. I ordered the stove and it was supposed to be delivered on 10 April 2022. Lowes protection plans they offer are no good..ive spent 20 hours on phone for 4 months trying to get my claim resolved..too no avail I've got nothing..ill never purchase another protection plan..too much of a ************************* wasted

Refrigerator needs replacement. Lowe's says delivery will be two days. Four days later no refrigerator. All our food spoiled. We are eating in expensive restaurants. Calling Lowe's is a nightmare. Nobody answers a phone in less than 20 Minutes. Horrible run around and no one taking responsibility for solving the problem.Will never deal with Lowe's in the Future.

I had been battling with Lowes in Trevose, ** since 2019. I purchased a refrigerator in September, 2019 and damage was done to my kitchen floor as well as the unit itself. I had to deal with both XPO Delivery as well as the staff at Lowes. After three claims reported on the unit, Frigidaire replaced that unit with another one in November, 2021. A local Lowe's ad indicated Mulch 2 cu ft. bag for $2.00. NO ..Limited quantities identified. Asked for a 'rain check" Kingwood Lowe's ******** ***************** Nope, we dont have rain checks. Called Corporate...nope, no rain checks. ****;s needs to add until quantities are sold out...........or we need to file a False Advertising claim. I understand logistics...running out is not the issue...but False Advertising is BAD.

Lowes has an extended warranty you can purchase on its washers. I called the agent and they said it doesn't cover the issue that I had. Why would you buy extended warranty with them if they don't honor basic stuff like this. This is very disappointing. I was on the phone for close to 3 hours with them and no one was willing help me. They just put me back in ************** every time. They should make this issue right very easily.
