I ordered customized kitchen cabinets in July 2021. The materials were delivered in January 2022. The installed started around January 10th and realized 3 cabinets were the wrong size and only 1 refrigerator panel was sent, and it was the wrong size. I had to return the items to the store for a refund and pay more money for the customized sizes I should have received in the first delivery. I am leaving a one star because I can't leave no stars. The short version is we ordered storm windows over a year ago from ******************** Lowe's and they are still not installed properly. We ordered blinds 4 mos ago and still don't have those installed either. We waited two mos for them to be delivered and several weeks more for installation. 5 min after the installer left the blinds fell. I have had a Lowes Business Advantage card for over 1 year. All of a sudden, I cannot access online Lowes to pay my **** or when I call customer service. The online service continually states, "Invalid Account." When I try to reach REAL PERSON I cannot reach anyone even when I state, I lost my card. I have tried many times to resolve this issue to no avail. I'm ready to just get rid of the card!

I purchased carpeting from Lowe's in October 2021. They were great to work with. The installation day came and things went quickly downhill. The carpet was installed with seams showing in each room. After installation I quickly contacted Lowe's. They put me in touch with the installer. They sent a person out who said seams are normal and attempted to fix. Sadly the carpet looked worse. I bought a stainless steel sink Lowes sent there Handyman to my home .. Upon the installation of my new sink he destroyed it by bending, removing parts and twisting trying to get it to fit .. l stopped him and told him to take the sink back.. he replaced my porcelain sink upon doing so damaged the basket to the drain and cracked my piping 72 hrs later l was walking in water ! **************** for installations is horrible. We had to pay in full in mid-March. It was nearly two weeks before we were contacted to schedule our install. Today, the morning of the install, we are called and told that the installer is sick and it will be another month before they can install our doors. They can't seem to prioritize work and seem to only have one installer in the area. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I used the virtual design for a kitchen remodel. Twice. Because one person decided to quit, didnt save the work, so had to start over. Sent order to store for payment and scheduling. They never scheduled. Ive called lowes corporate multiple times no finally I got an email from the store with a schedule months away. We bought a range at the Canton store and there were a few issues regarding the installation and how it was left incomplete. We spent five days on the phone with many rude employees that didnt seem to care a bit about our issues. We were put on hold for several minutes at a time, only to be greeted by another rude person with no solution to our installation issues.
