I purchased a washer on 10-17-21 kin So Portland. I purchased a Midea washer along with the extended service plan. Came home yesterday to 3-4 inches of water in my basement. So far I have spent over three hours on the phone being transferred here and there only to be told the manufacturer was responsible for fixing the machine and the damage to our home. On Jan. 27th 2022, we signed a roof installation contract with Lowe's in ***********. Prior to signing, the bid had to be revised for multiple mistakes. We expressed our concern about this and were told that once the contract is signed, Lowe's is responsible if the bid falls short. I hate the fact that you serve your country and supposedly the business supports military with a discount. But not the case, the business treats us no different from just a regular discount card that everyone receives. My thing is if your business is supporting military woth a discount then offer it for everything and stop the hidden c***

I ordered a washer and dryer thru.lowes on 3/13/22 I was told they would be there3/18/22 I called on Friday was on hold for 38 minutes while the associate checked to make sure they were there i was told they are here my husband went to pick them up recipt in hand was told by another associate they were not there this associate would not take a look at the recipt told my husband it's not protocol to look for them when my husband got home I called back to Lowes gave the associate my invoice #from the recipt the last associate ... read more

We ordered a refrigerator for our preschool. We had to wait about 10 days for the delivery day. We were told it would be here on March 9th 2022. It did not arrive. We were then told it would be here on Friday March 11th 2022. Again it did not arrive and we were told in an email that it would come on Sunday March 13th. I called right away on Friday morning to say that we are a school and we are closed on Sunday. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and paid for installation to be included. We got a call from an automated phone service that setup the appointment. The day of the installation they showed up hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. My wife left them to install the dishwasher and they reported back that they were done. My wife is not construction minded and took their word for it and let them leave. I came home and found the WORST installation job in my life. The mount screws had already fallen out. The company's standard operating procedure on appliance sales is totally "UNACCEPTABLE". This process needs to be improved in: (1)WAREHOUSE OPERATION, (2)COMMUNICATION, and (3)THE SALES TRANSACTION PROCESS.On 2/24, I came into the Concord Lowes location intending to purchase a new gas range.
