I purchased a washer on 10-17-21 kin So Portland. I purchased a Midea washer along with the extended service plan. Came home yesterday to 3-4 inches of water in my basement. So far I have spent over three hours on the phone being transferred here and there only to be told the manufacturer was responsible for fixing the machine and the damage to our home. On Jan. 27th 2022, we signed a roof installation contract with Lowe's in ***********. Prior to signing, the bid had to be revised for multiple mistakes. We expressed our concern about this and were told that once the contract is signed, Lowe's is responsible if the bid falls short. We ordered a refrigerator for our preschool. We had to wait about 10 days for the delivery day. We were told it would be here on March 9th 2022. It did not arrive. We were then told it would be here on Friday March 11th 2022. Again it did not arrive and we were told in an email that it would come on Sunday March 13th. I called right away on Friday morning to say that we are a school and we are closed on Sunday. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and paid for installation to be included. We got a call from an automated phone service that setup the appointment. The day of the installation they showed up hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. My wife left them to install the dishwasher and they reported back that they were done. The company's standard operating procedure on appliance sales is totally "UNACCEPTABLE".
