Ordered over $2000 of wood and other products for a project as a delivery. My delivery was missing over $600 of plywood. The delivery driver told me that they knew the order was wrong but loaded him up anyway. He said because he was just a contracted driver that Id have to contact the store for my missing items. I was supposed to have a washer/dryer delivered last week. I called, left my # and asked for a 30 min certousy call as, I would be ***tairs in my office and might not hear the door **** if I was on a zoom meeting. Yup, they came and went without a call.2 days later they came but the in charge person said they would Not be installing it because we did not purchase new hook***. The first week in January stopped working due to the automatic lock ( not unlocking) . Called Lowes and they referred to S&S appliance for repair. The company said they will be pith the 14th. Guy comes out and tells me we need a new lock - it will be sent to me and he will come back on January 26th to repair washer. I sat home all day and could have worked. Horrible customer service. Double charged my account and now I have to wait till check arrives in the mail to receive my money back. The only company that I know who can not credit your account. I have had several incidents with them but this was the final. Will never give them my business again.

I ordered a picture window, entrance door and storm door on 9/2/2021 from *********************** the project specialist. He provided me with a purchase order. Measurements were then taken by the installer. I was informed by Lowes that delivery would be 12/4/2021. Delivery was not made. I was then told delivery would be 12/26/2021 but because that was only 2 days notice, I asked to reschedule. No date given because it was Christmas Eve and they were closing early. We recently selected flooring that we loved at Lowes, ******************. Someone was immediately sent to our house to measure. Shortly thereafter, an installation date was selected. Prior to that date, our flooring and accessories were delivered and placed inside our home to acclimate.As the time approached, we totally removed everything from our beach home as requested, and stored it in the sunroom to insure easy installation for the ServicePro team. On Saturday evening, I ordered a dishwasher online to be picked up the following day. There were two showing in stock at the time of order and could be picked up or even delivered on Monday. At the checkout, I was offered a discount if I bought a gift card to pay for the item. I purchased the gift card and saved an additional $25.00 off the price. Last week on the 23rd, I went to the Lowes in Stockbridge to purchase flooring material for my home. Selected the material and paid for the purchase.On Saturday morning, I received a call from Lowes informing me that my material had arrived. I told the salesman that I would be there on Monday to pick up my purchase.Today, I went to Lowes with my contractor to pick up my purchase. Lowes does not even follow their own rules and policies with the store employees. They claim to be military friendly but as a 21 Year veteran and ex Lowes employee they lie through their teeth. Some mid-level managers are so bad and the stores so disorganized that the employees avoid customers because of lack of support. Only about half of the staff works and some just hide or do whatever they want. It is more important that they rope people into high-rate credit cards for a quota than just provide people the help they need ... read more
