RUN do not walk away from getting a fence installed from Lowes. I mean it RUN away! I went with Lowes because they support the military and boy was that a mistake. If you order on line and your shipment is store pick up they will not except it on the weekends. In this day and age with the store being open on weekends they need to take there costumers as being important enough to give better service than this. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
It's the worst delivery service in the world. They are never on schedule that they set up, and there workers are lazy, and disrespectful. We are seniors and they treated us like we were nothing. We will never buy anything there again, I will.go some place else. We bought windows, doors, remodeling of bathroom, tile for kitchen and we bought refrigerator and stove and it was a disaster. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered a dishwasher from them and were given a pick up date. ****** **, is our closest location but they said they could get the same dishwasher weeks sooner at the *********** **, location (40 min away) I made a mistake thinking I would only be driving to *********** once. My order had never left a warehouse yet they website said pick up today! So I drove 40 mins to find out my appliance wasnt there. Lowes ************ contracted them out for a warranty I had on a dishwasher. Going on two months and it still isnt fixed. They are zero help when I call and when they dont answer it tells me their VM is full so I cant even leave a message. Horrible service. Very dissatisfied. Would give 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES NOR WARRANTIES FROM LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT. Purch ** washer, within 18 mos it DIED completely. Had three techs that misdiagnosed every time. This was from October, till it died End of January. They said I need three service visits before replacement is even thought of. Bad customer service!!! We purchased a brand new Maytag washer and dryer. The washer broke down 13 months after purchase. They connected me with Quality Appliance out of **********, **. The service man came out in approximately August or September 2021. He said the mothers board was bad and he had to order the part. This is February **** and no part yet. I have had a ridiculous time trying to get a refund for a door that was reported damaged by a shipper. I ordered it on 12/23/21. It was originally supposed to be delivered on 12/29/21. It was reported damaged by shipper to me and Lowe's on 1/14/22. I have called Lowes every step of the way. It is now 2/9/22 and I still don't have my refund even though the door never made it to my house. I was told that I would have to pay again if I still wanted the door. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes December 2019 and decided to add the 5 year extended warranty for an additional cost. When the refrigerator needed repair this January 2022 I was glad I had. However, the repair process begins with a long phone call and wait for a call back from the plan administrator who then refers my repair to a 3rd party (and out of area) repair service who calls me back 4 days later to say they dont work in my area and again call the plan administrator for a different repair service.
