went in store Tuesday 1/18 and purchased a slightly damaged appliance paid for it and scheduled pick up for Friday 1/21 after 2. I was told on Tuesday that delivery for **** down items was not available. I hired a moving crew for the day with an hourly rate I went to the dallas ******* store to retrieve the appliance and was told to wait until after the department head ******* helped another customer after 40 minutes I was assisted. I have already left a review on Lowe's corporate site and unfortunately, the review I posted there is not allowable in its entirety on this site, apparently due to the length. I guess BBB wants the review to be brief. So............brief I will be.If you shop at Lowes, the local stores are usually great. I truly have no issues with the local store. Horoble store managers ****** ****** **** never returns calls and lie to me about the refund that is due. These guys should not be store managers. They do not understand customer satistaction and good service. What is sad the upper management that hired these funcky liers are going to loose customers. All home improvement companys order there appliences from vertually the same suppliers and manufacturers. Lowes, **********, ** Lowe's customer support service is a joke; especially installation team. I signed a contract for a deck on 4/28/2021. I was warned due to pandemic the project would be delayed. Estimated start date was July of 2021, however the initial installer advised me it would not be later. August came and I had material delivered to my driveway ( I was contacted by delivery driver the day of). ******** care doesn't pick up the phone. The HR department in the store doesn't call back despite saying they will. Speaking with then over the phone is impossible and if you manage to get a hold of someone they just send you back through the phone system only to get hung up on.

Ordered item online. Charged $1500 at time of shipping. Item arrived damaged, I refused the delivery, it went back on the truck. I've spent 2 months, 12 phone calls, a collective 6+ hours on the phone trying to get my refund. They've promised me a full refund, but their policy is they need to locate the item before they refund me. They admit they've lost the item. They admit I'm due a refund. I spent over **** at this store online. My contractor sent a guy to pick up the orders. One order was missing when he arrived. I called the store to tell them it wasn't picked up. I was told by the associate she personally loaded it and he must have stopped and removed it. I replied he didn't get it. Sure I was upset with her response. Finally she said she'll check the video. Purchased a refrigerator at Hamburg Lowes in *********, ** 1/4/22, scheduled delivery 1/6. The 3rd party delivery service called prior to delivery time . I emptied my old frig. Upon arrival they informed me that they could not deliver for weather related reasons ( quarter inch of snow). Again, they were at the front door of my condominium complex . I will never shop at Lowes again. I placed an online order for a stackable, front loading washer and dryer. My first mistake was selecting a color called Champagne. The order was split between two separate stores. I dont know why one store couldnt fulfill the order. The delivery of both items was scheduled for 1/15/22. The dryer delivery was scheduled between 11 am and 3 pm. The washer delivery was scheduled between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm. The dryer was delivered first.
