I would give Lowe's in *********** **** a F - rating if I could!!!! They have horrible customers service!!! They messed up my cabinets and flooring order, adding ***** more to my total and wouldn't do anything about it!! I canceled my whole order!!
At Lowes **************************************** I saw a 81pc Craftsman Tool set Item # ****** was $126 now $*****. As I was walking to the checkout I saw in a display stand 105pc for what appeared for *****. In the display it was full. After studying the difference clearly this was the better buy. Horrible! I just filed a formal complaint on the corporate website. I'll probably be filing a complaint with ************** of ******* as well. Lowes in ******,** sold the refrigerator that I paid for and never told me until I had to call after the delivery date. I HAD to pay $400 more to get the same type of refrigerator (because i had originally bought the only one in store that had been discontinued) and guess what....THEY SOLD THAT ONE TOO! Been trying to return blinds for months. They finally picked them up at my lawyers office. Promised a call. Never happened. Made another call last night. **** store manager promised my wife a call. No call Beware no customer service.
Irresponsible & negligent. We purchased a couple of appliances & paid the delivery fees. On 2/28/21 we purchased a new ******* stainless steel range. On 3/2/21 the delivery men removed the shipping wrapping from the range while it was on their truck. The delivery men carried the range into our home with 2 shoulder harness devices. The drivers came in our home thru the front door, dropped off range & departed. Later we noticed a big deep gash in our front door. Do not use installation services from the store. Incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and untimely. Go straight to the source for the product you want installed, it will save you many hours of follow up and you having to do the job of the Lowes admin who should be keeping track of the steps necessary for your install. In our case The install was two weeks later than it should have been because of lapses in Lowes staff attention and focus on detail. I do about ***** dollars of business with Lowes in **********, ** per month . Im a contractor . The contractor pros desk employees are the most disrespectful do nothings ever . Bad attitudes . I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes paying $1495 the delivery date was scheduled 3 weeks later. the day before my delivery i got an email saying they could not come and it was rescheduled for 4 days later. 4 days later no delivery. Do not stand behind their commitment to deliver product on time, November 4, 21 still waiting on product, customer service representatives tell lies and are not truthful to their commitment and follow up to customer concern. No one in this company is committed to helping resolve My issue. I have spent over $1000 on blinds that was promised to be delivered to my home in December nothing yet
