I placed an order for countertop through Lowes website. I paid for these on my Lowes credit card to get the 5% discount applied to the product. It is now been two months I have been paying on these countertops, and have yet to receive them. The third-party shipping company that they used to ship these have repeatedly lied to me, scheduled 5 to 6 delivery times and pulled no-shows on every single one. A ZERO They have one of the best Garden Center in **********.I started go more last yr. My last few times some Reason store staff BLTON RUDE.I come for paint other small thing. I was there Sunday30th. Several of staff just kinda stood starting at you. AGAIN. I felt like if I was a WHITE MAN, with a pick up. It might be different. I am an EDUCATED 66 yr old black woman. We purchased a Maytag washer and Dryer from the Lowe's in *******, ****. The ones we wanted were not in stock so the sales man convinced us to get the next larges size. The delivery men came to our house.Only one came to the door. The other sat in the truck. He didn't even measure the openings. Stood at the door and said they could not deliver them because they are too big. He told me to go back and get smaller ones. Horrible.. Hire Lowe's to install new flooring... Lowe's cause damage to our flooring alone with our doors trims.. Several previous attempts to Lowe's Executive Customer Relations...************ with ******************** Executive Customer Relations is very argumentative during conversation he will indicated one thing and email something totally different. Almost 1 year later still waiting

Horrible unethical price change practices.Purchased an item online at lowes.com that was "On Sale", 3 days later I check online thinking to buy a second and the item still available at the same price but I never ordered the second. 4 days later (was supposed to be delivered in 3) the item never arrived. The next day I get an email saying "Order Cancelled - Out of Stock" and when I go online they jacked up the price about 85% more AND was available. We bought a patio set in *** of 2021. When it was shipped, the table was cracked. We called and reported it, they said it was going to take several weeks as it was out of stock but did in fact tell us it was being shipped. We kept checking the shipping status and even called several times and they kept saying it was being processed. Well we are now almost in February and still nothing. TERRIBLE website for online shopping.....and even MORE disgusting SO CALLED customer service..... self service is what it should be called and time wasting run around. Tried to post bad reviews and they some how block them. Just a horrible experience overall. My last trip to actual store was another disaster. I did purchased windows from Lowes and to get them installed by their contractor in 2020 feb. Windows arrived in april some time and they did installation with a damage to a window then they did replace it after few months.I uncovered that they did take money for 22 windows and they installed only 21 windows. When i tried to reach the sales guy he never picks call or respond to emails.
