Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service and bad inventory management.While any decent company tries to make their customers happy, specialy if the problem is white the company and not the customer, these guys don't care at all about their mistakes that causes costumers a lot of money and time.Online ordering is a joke and stock availability is random and never accurate.They do not even care about receiving bad reviews on social media.Do not recommend this company for anything.
Customer beware. I ordered an appliance and they have been unable to deliver/install. Over 10 failed attempts and now they don't know where said appliance is. I paid in full and have nothing but headaches. Keep getting the run around. Worthless.
Went to purchase a bin that was advertised at ***** and when I got the the register, it was priced at ******. Spoke to **** and **** and they said the could not honor their advertised price and offered me a 10% off which is a slap in the face. Filed a complaint with thr BBB. Never walking into a Lowe's!
Lowes itself was helpul. It is the unprofessional company they hire for delivery.They brought the washer Wed. Feb 16th. They were unable to take down hill because of ice and snow. Understand completely. Feb. 19th, their delivery time was between 1p-5p. No communication what so ever.No show. Lowes people couldn't do anything. Here it is feb 22 and still no washer. I am rethinking purchasing our water heater and water softener elsewhere. Their delivery people need to go. **************
I placed an order for a Whirlpool dryer, a haul away and 4 items required for installation. Delivery was today and only the dryer was delivered. I have no parts to install my dryer. I contacted lowes customer service and on their end it says everything was delivered. Ive been charged for these items and I needed them today. I wanted to be refunded so I could go to the store and pick up the items myself. Do NOT get a riding mower/zero turn from lowes. You will get a mower from outside that has been played on, parts picked off, accessories not with it or lost, poorly assembled, etc. I have bought 2 from them and both were either missing parts, loose nuts and bolts, none of the included accessories, parts put on wrong, etc. Once they even made me BUY a key because the lost the original. I wanted to buy another from them and asked to have it delivered in the crate unassembled but they refused, they told me they had to bring it ... read more
My story is too long to post. But, lets just say this store is one of the worst I have ever done business with. Store manager refused to call me to take care of problems
Sold us windows .Some never installed. Upstairs windows not completed. A year has gone by. With several attempts to get this settled. They won't call back. They are paid in full. I am 71 years old
I contracted with Lowes in West ******** ** to install new windows, a screen door and a fire door. My fire door. I paid everything to be fixed but the windows were fine but the installers did not put a painters tape around the borders and the coucking bless on my brick color borders. After the door was installed I had Lowes send some other vendors and they said my fire door was not a fire door. I reached out to Lowes and it took them 1 year and 1/2 to complete the job.
