On February 1, 2022 I ordered a grill from Lowes online service. Today is February 21st. Still no grill. I have reached out to Lowes twice to process a refund and twice they have told me that they are unable to process my refund. The second time, the person stated my first call was not even logged. Had a couple of problems with this lowes first I order a fence install and payed up front and the contractor kept rescheduling then when they did show up the were fighting and cussing on my property and my 3 kids could hear them and my neighbors complain and the contractor didnt care when I called him to ask him to keep it down it was embarrassing ,then I ordered a riding mower and they said it would be delivered today February 19, 2022 so I got out of work early lost pay and time and water for them and they never showed up ... read more
Horrible customer service. Received a 10% discount code to make up for a dented refrigerator I bought. When I tried to use it I stood in line at Lowes for 30 minutes trying to use it and employees couldnt figure out how to use it. Left with my cart of stuff. Tried to get a gift card instead via customer service telephone number. Was on hold for 45 minutes to be told I would get a ***************** my email and never received it. Awful experience. Dont shop there.
I ordered a Work Dolly that came with missing parts from the vendor. The purpose of ordering the Dolly was due back medical issues. They reordered the Dolly on a merchandise credit, the manufacturer rejected the order and could not fulfill it. Lowes order management team agreed to issue a refund to the original payment method. Worst company in the world to hire for installing anything. It has been just shy of a year since my wife and I bought new granite countertops, a sink, a faucet, a refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher. The fridge was slid across brand new real hardwood floors and gouged to the point of replacement. I purchased a Frigidaire 18-cu ft Top-Freezer Refrigerator on line and Lowes of NW ****** ***** didnt have it but Lowes of ******* ***** had it. Delivered it and within a year I was having issues with the freezer not freezing I also have a 3 yr epp man appliance coverage. We purchased a dishwasher and the extended warranty. On thanksgiving day 2021 it went out, we called the next dat to file a claim, they sent a company out about a week later. The company said it might be the motor but will need to check with another tech and will order the part. About 2 -3 weeks later they called to make an appointment to come out and install the part. Bait and switch.I ordered a lubricant that clearly had "TEFLON" in the picture and description. They gave me something without teflon. I Chatted with 3 people. I also talked with 2 people at a store. All 5 people all continue this SCAM. This is not about money or a refund. This is about me wanting to kill the f****** coward liars, f****** bait and switch mother *****, and about timely delivery and about promises about product availability. If those lying f**** cost me my job, I will end their lives.
