My dealing wealth Lowes in Greenville, MS. I was to have a dryer delivered today, missed a whole day of work to wait for them. Placed Internet order and I got a text saying Order confirmed. One hour later I get a email saying order cancelled even though their web site says ************************************ stock. I called the store and the employee did not know why the order was cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager and the call was never answered even after 3 attempts. Terrible customer service.
Very rude returns department. Didnt know I couldnt return unopened Christmas lights and was told there were signs posted at the registers since October, which I hadnt noticed. This was delivered in a dismissive how stupid are you? tone of voice that turned a slight dissatisfaction into a never shopping at Lowes again situation.
I placed an order on Lowes website, I did use gift cards part of the payment. Within ten minutes lowes cancels my order without explanation. When I contacted customer service they could not tell me why the order was canceled. They then went on to inform me that since they are issuing a refund that I will receive a merchandise card that can only be used in stores. Poor tile flooring job handled by Lowes and their subcontractor. Grout started cracking less than 3 months after installation, floor visibly uneven in spots, moulding pieces broked (not cut) and left unpainted or sanded, failure to properly install threshold, which led to us having to have door repairs when Lowe's only offered to to come back out and redo the project for more than the original cost. If I could give zero stars I would. I visited the Lowes store in ****************, ** to order a garage door for installation. I ordered this door on August 31st, 2021. The representative I ordered the door from said it would be a 3-4 month wait due to supply chain issues and installers being behind. It has now been almost 4 and a half months and I am assuming this will be over a five month process. We ordered a refrigerator from the Lowes and had it set to be delivered by 12/31/2021. When the day of delivery came, we were told the refrigerator was damaged upon delivery. After complaining and having to go to the store personally, we finally got them get us a replacement. With a replacement set up, they gave us a delivery date and even called me the night before said delivery date. After the day passed, we got ghosted and had trouble contacting them. Never use Lowes contracted services. We used our local Lowes store to pay for flooring and labor from an outside group. The work was horrible. The person that did the install was not supposed to be the installer. the more experienced installer was busy working other jobs. the district manager of the company walked the floor with me and admitted that the work was below their standards and only offered up repairs and requested that I keep extra product to use.
