I had the worst experience with ***** at the service desk at the ****** Location Lowes. I was buying a huge barn door for my dad, I had his military ID and she said I couldn't use his military account, even though we have the same last name, I said ok that's fine. She said I could have went to another register then I said I was directed from another employee to come to her register. The worst business model around. The ** is completely useless, it offers a limited choice of options, it doesn't respond to simple requests, when I ask to talk to a real person, which I did over five times, the real person couldn't figure out how to update my email address. When I told them I simply needed an order history from 2021, I was transferred to people who either murmured, couldn't speak clear English, or hated their jobs. Let me tell you about the experience I have going on.I have bought a condo as an investment and purchased appliances on 3/17 to be delivered today.I hired workers to receive the units, install them, and dispose of any trash. Come today when it was supposed to be delivered, we end up finding out that you guys cancelled the order without calling us, texting us, emailing us nothing. Scarlet * I purchase a washer machine on August 8, 2021 from Lowes In *anahawkin. I purchased a year warranty on the product. After 7 months the Washer *achine stopped working. I contacted Lowes protection plan. I was referred to ************ by my protection plan. I had to call several times to get someone on the phone. I ordered a replacement patio door and transom on 6/10/21 and the entire process has been an absolute nightmare of lies, incompetence and complete irresponsibility. Here we are coming up on 10 months and I still don't have a working door. Choosing Lowe's for this project was a HUGE mistake that I'll never repeat again.

Do not purchase windows from Lowes. I purchased Contemporary Architect Series Pella wood clad windows from Lowes and they took over six months to arrive. They were very poor quality. The window joints on sashes and frames had gaps and were bent with no seal in most areas to keep moisture away from wood. Some joints had glue that had oozed out. The inside wood was chipped in some areas. They were not measured correctly, leaving wide gaps on the edges of some windows. The Lowes installer charged over $400 per window but didnt ... read more

Id prefer to not leave any stars, but I wouldnt be able to leave a review otherwise. Purchased a washer/dryer from Lowes only to find out that the washer was being delivered from one store, the dryer from another location and pedestals/parts from a 3rd location on 3 separate days. We were also told that a technician would have to come out separately to hook up the dryer. They sell water softeners that dont warranty their products . Also terrible installation- I was told the pipes they used to install would eat dry wall
