I ignored the warnings of friends and ordered shower doors from Lowes.com only because they said they could deliver on the following Monday. I could take off work that day and have someone here who knew how to install the doors. Only they didnt arrive on Monday. The freight company Lowes subcontracted to texted theyd changed the delivery date to somewhere between the following Thursday and the Wednesday after that. Poorest **** business Ive ever delt with in my entire life! Recently purchased all new appliances. I call the ******** ** store I either get a run around or I speak to someone that makes broken promises. I still dont have the dryer and its been over a month. They claim they are looking right at it but seem to cant get it on a truck to deliver it. I also had this problem with the dish washer, washer, stand up freezer, and Fridge. I have tried using the ******************, **** Lowes four times & have been dissatisfied all four times, apparently Im a glutton for punishment but never again. Worst customer service ever. Tried calling several times for gate repair & the manager is never there but probably refuses to *************. The company is to big for their britches. They do not care for their customers.
I had the worst experience with Lowes after purchasing multiple items from them. I recently purchased a dryer (had to go through hoops to get this after they canceled my original order where i bought the dryer on sale) and once it was delivered I noticed a dent on one side. I called on 4/1 to have a replacement sent to me and a representative opened a ticket to replace the item. Requesting your personal attention for one of the worst services I received at your *********** ** stores. I wish I didn't have to leave any stars...Lowes's Home Improvement Store # **** in North ************* ** has no customer service. We purchased a new ******* Refrigerator on 3/10/22 to be delivered on 3/20/22. They were supposed to deliver and install. Great customer service... That is, well, as long as you don't need any help. I asked two of their employees about getting some help and they both walked by me without responding. I asked 3 more if they knew anything about what I was looking for or if they knew someone who did and just said no and walked away. I finally went to the **************** desk, waited in line for about 10 minutes, and asked the person there. Her response was, "Have you seen the people walking around with vests on? They work here.
