Like the other ***** reviews on this site my problem seems to be with installation and Lowe's standing behind the install they charged me for. We originally bought an exterior screen door about a year ago 4/21. The door came in and was installed almost immediately we had issues with the door closing and called the company to let them know. Since my online order of $3,768.30 for Range and ************** was made on April 6, 2022, Lowe's stores in Belleville and ****************, ** have not fulfilled their obligation/agreement to me as a customer in many scheduled deliveries and as of today, April 21, 2022, I have still not received my Dryer. Lowe's has scheduled 4 different deliveries and canceled each time costing me time from other schedules I had. I returned an ATV approximately a month ago. I am due a check for $7,978.06 and was told when I called Lowes repair department it was being mail. I have been to the store several times. Today I was told that there is no record of a check . So today I was told again that a check is being mailed. When I call I am place on hold for over an hour each time. I bought a dishwasher at Lowe's on March 30, 2022, requesting simultaneous delivery and installation. I made repeated phone calls inquiring on the status of my dishwasher delivery and installation. In June, 2021, purchased products and installation for a kitchen remodel of over $18,000. To date, remodel is not complete (it has been 10 months). they had me on hold for 1 hour them I chose the call back option that took two hours. we made a next day visit for a tech to come by. the tecc company calls me half an hiur late to cancel and move the apppointment to friday from thursday. Im unable due to doctors appointment. they stated how about next week friday? S.W.****** Lowes worst store. I purchased a refrigerator and was told that the item is in their distribution center and will be delivered in two weeks. 3-weeks passed and the item never came. Ordered Kitchen Cabinets, Four months in, still dont have Order and Install complete. Wrong Cabinets ordered by Associate *****************, Broken Cabinet still not replaced, still dont have all cabinets. Cant even get shelf clips, after 5 wrong orders. We signed contracts with Lowe's to provide a kitchen with the expertise of their designer and contractor. WE IN GOOD FAITH PAID UP FRONT FULL COST, WHICH WAS PART OF THEIR CONTRACT. We went with Lowes subcontractor because the Lowes designer said it would go smoothly and quickly.We were getting our dream kitchen, cabinets, countertops, flooring, sink, microwave, dishwasher, backsplash and all the hardware all from Lowes to make it easy.
