I hired Lowes to have flooring and a new toilet installed, so there were two contractors involved in the process. I was told that Lowes would coordinate the work involving the two contractors. This did not happen. Through the process, it required multiple phone calls, to coordinate the work, which delayed the install process. I paid my balance off on my Lowe's credit card and somehow was billed twice. Now I have a credit from my last payment and they won't undo the double payment that they did.

I purchased an electric range from Lowe's in ***************, ******* on May 12th. When making the purchase, I was told that they had the range in stock, and it could be delivered on the 14th. While I was still in the store, the employee who sold me the range, tracked me down. He apologized, and said it wasn't actually in stock at their site. I purchased two appliances in July of 2019, as well as the Extended Protection Plan (***) for both at a cost of over $1700 ($360 of which was the ***** I was told that it was basically a requirement to buy the *** as 'appliances aren't made like they used to be, and it's going to break'. I have been calling since February trying to get a service call on my Whirlpool washer and dryer through my Lowe's extended warranty. The wait time to speak to anyone is unbelievable. I have held on over an hour, called during the morning, mid-day and evening hours and has never had a called answered. I called the store in Maplewood and St. ****** to get some assistance to be told there's nothing they can do to assist me with a service call. I began calling Lowes' Service Advantage on Thursday March 11th, 2022 for service on a dishwasher that won't drain. After countless HOURS on hold and being hung up on multiple times, I finally called my local store out of frustration and spoke with a store manager who ended up waiting on hold and opening my claim for me on Friday March 12th.I was told to expect a follow up call within 24 hours as to when someone would be out to look at my appliance, but that it could realistically be Monday since it was so late in the day. Very bad customer service. They have a fraudulent Rebate system!I purchased a $1,100 dishwasher plus $179 installation and then was declined an installation rebate because "I was supposed to buy them separately and not on the same invoice".... What a scam! No one to really talk to. Every time (called 8 times) i call and ask to speak to a customer service manager i get the same systematically reply: we will put you on 2 mins. wait... then they say no manager is avail. or on site...

no response or solution on a purchase at store #*** located in ******************. I purchase a L130 **** Deere in May of 2021 the next day I returned to Lowe's and mad a complaint that both tiers were flat, no paper work filled out from Lowe's request **** Deere to pick up to repair defatted tiers, after 6 month ***************************** employee filled out the paperwork so i had a warranty, however no offer to get the repair resolved.
