THEY advertise a sale before "black Friday", and after almost a month's time deliver 2 damaged refrigerators and on the day of the 3rd scheduled delivery, call and say that they need to order the refrigerator and that it could take another 2 weeks. I have no refrigerator. I have a handicapped mother and a mentally challenged brother living with me. I need a refrigerator. They already took my money.
I ordered canines from Lowes on May 30th 2021. They were supposed to be delivered in July. The cabinets were finally delivered on October 20th 2021. There was damage to the cabinets, missing drawers, missing face door parts were broken and missing. The cabinets will not fit in the area that we gave the cabinet professional that helped us with the order. I came into lowes three different times last week checking out a fridge on clearance spoke with lowes associates and they gave me all the info on the fridge and that I could buy it. Today I go in to purchase the fridge and now they wont sell it. Its on clearance for sale on the floor and the associate didnt even know what to say so I had him get the manager and the manager says he cant sell the fridge any more that I can purchase the new model thats coming out thats much more expensive. We have service warranties for the appliances we purchased at Lowe's thinking we will have peace of mind when any of them have issues. Peace of mind is far from what we are getting through Lowe's and their service contractors. We have been getting the run-around for almost a month. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES! They do not deliver on time. Second attempt was worse. You are given a window time frame and they text 20 minutes and no show. We reschedule for two days later. They refused to take away old appliance, even when tried to show our receipt, which showed we paid for removal. I used Lowes of ******* ** to have 2 exterior doors and 2 storm doors installed. The person I discussed the installation with was very professional and helpful until I called about the delays and then she never returned my calls. The first contractor that was supposed to measure for my doors never showed up and when I called about this he said that his employee came by my house earlier than scheduled because they were in the area. Purchased a wall oven on October 30, 2021. Had it installed on November 3, 2021. The control panel was damaged and the oven would remain on. Switched the breaker off so the oven wouldn't stay on. Informed Lowes and they scheduled someone to pick it up on Nov 5, 2021. But Lowes couldn't pick it up because they needed the installer to uninstall it first. My parents bought a large expensive fire place. When it arrived my dad went to pick it up however when he saw it in person he decided he wanted it delivered instead. They told him it would be delighted in 3 days, fine. Only it never showed. He calls them the next day and they tell him that its been ordered and was on back order. One of the worst experiences of my life. Having an installation guy come and cuss me in my home is the most unprofessional conduct possible. And that too in front of my 5 year old son.
