I purchase a washer and dryer on 11/6/21 and the young lady that rung me had us the purchase the hose for the new system and we were told that it would be delivered on 11/11/21 and they would bring the hose with them. We purchased new home appliances through Lowe's store #**** in ************. The day before delivery we still did not know our time window for the delivery. When calling their *************** line we were informed we'd receive the delivery window that night between 4pm and 8pm and that whatever window we got was what we had. When asked how we could adjust it due to work schedules it was reiterated to us that we would get what we get and if we couldn't be there it was our problem, not their's. Lowes do not treat customers with respect management is horrible they lie right in front of you
I spent all day waiting for for a stove and refrigerator to be delivered It was not delivered and I was never notified that the driver wasn't coming or would be delayed. I called customer service and was told the driver isn't answering the phone and can't be located.
Very bad at helping people with their problems trying to find anything,or have very rude customer service at the manager level, *************** ******* Lowe's was a good store but becoming poorer everyday. I ask about faucet's the girl said she could help. But being a smart mouth like she showing the young man that just started athority from ballon head syndrome. I bought a new washer 5 months ago, had it professionally installed. They damaged it installing it. It flooded 4 rooms in my house. It did ******. In damage. Although accepting responsibility, they will not fix my house. The insulation under the house is damaged, any day now I could be homeless and endure more flooding. DHS told me to come get my mom and care for her after her husband passed away from covid. I CANT due to tripping hazards. They moved her to Montana, I may never see her again.
