Lowe’s customer service does not even remotely compare to its major competitor (we all know who that is). Unfortunately, the competitor’s politics do not align with my beliefs, so I thought I would give these guys a chance. They blew it, first interaction. Richard W I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered to my home and when the delivery service called to inform me they were on their way( approx. 1:30 pm) I stated that I would leave work to meet them at my home. The original call for the delivery time was 430 pm to 8pm. I thought this would be great it was getting delivered early! Guess what time it finally arrived? 4:40 pm! There are more rats running around than humans in the Columbus Mississippi store. They have employees that are too busy playing on their phones, talking, or sitting on the tractor talking to help anyone. When you do ask for help they roll their eyes and acts like it kills them. I have a couple videos of the rats running up and down the shelves, making homes in the actual boxes that people buy. I can't stand that store, not Lowe's in general but that particular store.
Santa Clarita Lowe’s does NOT their Price Guarantee. On the website there are at least 7 competitors, but in the store they only honor Home Depot and Best Buy.
The worst. I bought a new stove at the Lowes in Anaheim and the installation got delayed about 2 weeks after I picked up the stove due to construction delays. When I had it hooked up the oven did not work at all. I paid a professional to come out to try and light it and he said that it was broken, I called the Lowes and was jerked around for more than 3 hours. I've had a dishwasher that is not working for almost three months and we are no closer to getting it fixed. I've had their service tech out to the house three times and had to show him how to pull codes on the Kitchenaid dishwasher. He actually said he didn't know that Kitchenaid dishwashers had error codes. They had me wait six weeks for a part that was obviously not going to fix the problem, since it had nothing to do with the issue, and sure enough, it didn't. My elderly mom ordered 6,000 windows in middle of summer and said would get to in October then recieved a call today wont get to her house until january 4th 2022, in the dead of winter here in michigan , very disappointed because this is just ridiculous and they didnt have a problem cashing that check right away

We renewed our Extension Plan in July 2021. We were happy with the product until we weren’t. We noticed we had to constantly change the time on it. But, no big deal. I will never go in or sit back and Let others shop at this Corporate Junk big Box liars store I paid for it if $400 tool was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago I've called twice with no Avail still haven't received my item And somehow Lowe's profits off Miss fortune I will never shop at the store again having my own business I had shopped At my local store daily And now we'll be glad to going to my local hardware or lumber yard Because they simply do not care about my Situation
