Lowe's- Above and beyond;Win,Win,Win I sent out by snail mail a request for bids to seven windows companies for purchase and installation.It was a win for Lowe's because Lowe's went above and beyond to find out my phone number from my address and get the contract.It was a win for the customer because the installation blitz campaign gave the customer a 10% gift certificate. ************************* process guarantees customer satisfaction. I waited 5 weeks after confirmation of my appointment October 11) to have someone come out and measure closet doors. On the day of the appointment I never received a call to inform me that they were not coming. I have attempted to contact the ********* store but only be put on hold. This has been happen for almost a month. PLESE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The customer service is horrible.

We were at the *****, ** location and a floor employee helped us obtain a product they did not have in stock but only display. His name was ***** and was very nice and helpful and the nicest employee we have encountered at any Lowes. Upon trying to leave we heard a black male employee reprimand the gentleman for giving us the display. He obviously wasnt made aware prior to being placed on the floor as an employee and as a customer we shouldve never been able to hear one employee reprimand a second employee. I want to share a horrible experience of the delivery services of Lowe's, here referred to as *** who serve the ******** ** area. I ordered a refrigerator and a washer online, with a request /payment for hauling away the old machines so as to make things easier for myself, being a senior citizen. I never could imagine that a simplified delivery would be made horrendous by the two deliverers, one driver, Mr. **** and his companion, who refused to haul away the old machines as it didn't show in their system. We (my wife and I) placed an order with Lowes on-line. We seen that the item that we wanted was available for $899.99. We made the payment. After we made the payment, we received the order confirmation and receipt. On the receipt it said that we would receive our vanity within 5-7 business days. The 7th business came and we still did not receive it. My wife called Lowes. Lowes explained to my wife that the item (vanity with sink) is located at a warehouse in ********** waiting to be shipped. The worst experience I have ever had with a company.. I paid for flooring to be installed and it never happened. They lied to me over a 9 week experience. Never followed up on anything. All employees I talked to hated their management team and the company they work for. Not 1 manager would ever help. A complete disgrace of a business that is reflective of their management team. Please never go to the store for anything it is horrible!

horrible return experience and I had to leave both the product and money out of the way I was treated at south ************ store. the manager talked down to customers as if we don't pay his salary. very very bad. less than 1 star if possible

I visited the store today at 12:00pm and I had a terrible experience at the customer service kiosk. I tried to return a lamp (cost approx.$10) and the service person was asking for a receipt, since I did not have it then she asked for my card which I tried all cards that I use and it did not come back as one of the cards I used. I then went on my credit card account and I found a Lowes receipt online. Lowes Saugus (store #2372) completely bungled our order for new washer/dryer stackables. Ordered + paid in full in early July 2021 - due 8/30/21. We asked for early delivery they said fine and then no-showed. No problem, we'll wait until the original date. 8/30/21 became 9/6/21, which then became 9/14/21, which then became 10/8/21, which then became we-don't-know.
