I have ordered windows from lowes and its been arround 8 months I didn’t received my complete order yet. No invoice was given to me by the lowes associate for a purchase of arround 9k. Also one of my window was missing until now. I did multiple visits to lowes with no luck in getting my issue resolved. Due to which my exterior painting project got delayed for this year. I've had two projects that were contracted through Lowes and found the people doing the installation to be very competent. On the other hand, the system that Lowes uses to dispatch those people is about as Byzantine as it gets! The left hand has NO CLUE what the right hand is doing and of course the customer is the one who suffers. I made an order on the 17th of September with delivery date of 10th of October. Since then, Delivery date as changed three times. I woke up to another change in delivery to date reflecting 10th of November. To say I am disappointed in Lowes and your delivery schedule and handling is to say the list. The system is so unreliable and deceitful. Purchased a KitchenAid 25.8 Cu Ft Refrigerator Model Number KRMF 706ESS01 from Lowe's February 26, 2020, and a 5 year extended warranty. Unfortunately on September 7, 2021, refrigerator stopped working; I called Lowe's Protection Plan Service to request a service call. I was told by Lowe’s Protection Plan Service Representative the earliest Top Notch Appliance Service could service the refrigerator was Tuesday, September 14th, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. First I think Lowes in Lenior NC has the worst customer service EVER!They don’t answer the phone.If you are able to get thru they switch you somewhere and them they don’t answer the phone.We bought Larson windows.Paid $1400 for them.The first time we tried raiding the window the retractable screen came up but would not go back down.Made about 20 calls before we finally got a assistant manager.She said they could send a replacement window but we would be stuck with a installation charge AGAIN! We purchased a washer and dryer along with installation at the Arlington Heights store. I took a day off of work for the installation, and on the day of delivery, the installers arrived without the gas lines for the gas dryer. We told them to go to the Lowe's store (10 minutes away) to get the parts needed, but they said they couldn't, because it would "mess up" their installation schedule. I purchase a glass top range and just before the second year the top glass crack but I purchase a 5 year warranty on it when I call them to came and fix it the first time no body show up I call a second time and no body show up again so I call again and finally same body show up after two month's and it was just to tell me that we drop something on the glass and that's why it crack the protection plan that they offer it's a scam all they do is take your money

Their extended warranty is a joke! Don’t waste your money it’s a rip off they should be sued it’s a scam! I had a whirlpool refrigerator freezer or dryer but warranties with all my refrigerator stopped working it was freezing everything. Is there a service man he said I had too much stuff in my freezer replace the electronic ignition. Continue to do the same thing now my freezer has stopped working and my refrigerator is getting warmer. I can’t even get a hold of anybody I’ve been on hold for an hour! I purchased a refrigerator and stove on two separate deliveries for our home. I specifically asked in a msg for the drivers for your employees to wear a mask during delivery. Instead, they asked me for a mask. Had I had some available, I would have gladly give them. The fact that we're almost 2 years into a pandemic and wearing a mask is a task still amazes me.
