LOWES IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! THIS MAJOR CORPORATION SHOULD BE EXPOSED FOR HOW THEY TREAT CONSUMERS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM, ITS HORRIBLE!!! I PAID FOR MY FENCE INSTALLATION IN FULL IN MARCH AND KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM LOWES AND THEIR INSTALLER.

NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM LOWES. What an awful experience this has been. I ordered a refrigerator through Lowes in June 2021. I was notified in late September that it was in, and Sunday Oct 3 would be the delivery date. I was called the day before, to verify delivery, and was told I'd be called in the AM, and given a 4 hr window. When I hadn't received a call by 10am, I called customer service. Worst customer service ever. Special ordered a shower door to be installed, and after the door being this measured, broken, me stepping a glass and my walls dented, not to mention the fact that nobody and I mean NOBODY from their customer service department would even return my calls, is beyond my comprehension at this point. I was offered $150 which is the approximate cost of the hinges on my new shower door. To say we are frustrated is an understatement.

AWFUL supplying products and even worse customer service!! Ordered a bathroom vanity from them which was due to be delivered 8/25. Never turned up. Called to ask where it was, they would put a ticket in which takes 3 business days to get a response and would contact me to give me an update. Never heard from them. Called again, was told they closed previous ticket by mistake. Complained to Manager who hung up on me saying "he didn't have to deal with this!" We order a countertop from Lowes in May 2021. It was finally installed on Monday Sept 27th at 9pm. We went through months of attempting to get Lowes to resolve this issue but was ignored at every turn and most calls to get info on this order ended in frustration and rude comments by Lowes employees both in the store and online . People at corporate who were suppose to look into this matter ignored it. Horrible customer service. We have been long-term customers at Lowes. Never again will I pay them one cent. They sell faulty appliances and then give the runaround on warranties when inevitably the product breaks. Go to another store. Do not trust Lowe's. Abhorrent service.

I am having the worst experience at the Middletown, DE store. I moved to Middletown, DE on 9/17 into a new house with no refrigerator and ordered the Whirlpool Refrigerator Model #WRS588FIHZ. I paid cash and I was told I will have the refrigerator in 1-2 weeks. I called the store on 9/24/21 to check in and was told the refrigerator came in and it will be delivered on Sunday September 26, from 8am to 12pm. May 09,2021 I went to Lowes and purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer Set. I purchased everything recommended including a 3 year extended warranty. 3 months after the purchase I notice a knocking sound while the washer was in spin mode. I thought off level so I check. That was not the problem . So I contacted Lowes and they said I would need to contact Samsung. Well this is where the nightmare begins.
