We ordered all 4 major kitchen appliances on 8-6-21 online and the appliances were delivered through the Liberty, MO store. The first delivery was on 9-9. We did not pay for install, we paid for delivery into our home of all 4 appliances and haul away of our old dishwasher and fridge. The microwave, dishwasher and stove were brought into the home, but when it came time to bring in the fridge the delivery people did not want to bring it in because they were going to need to remove the doors and drawers (we purchased a French ... read more

We placed an order on 5/21 with Lowe's to purchase a door and have an installation done. Door and install was paid in full at the time of purchase and we were told the door would arrive to the store within 2-3 weeks and an installer would call to schedule. After 4 wks we had not received any communication so attempted to make contact with the person we purchased the door from, only to have no response. Don't purchase on Lowes, they do not have any customer service. And, they will never ship your order when you placed the order online and they will never refund your money. They will try to keep your money.

I Purchased a John Deer S100 Lawn Mower at the end of May with an extended warranty. I have had issues with the Mower leaking oil and have taken it to the John Deere dealer three different times to for repair because it has been leaking oil with no resolution, I have contacted Lowes several times telling them I am very unsatisfied with this mower and would like my money back but Lowes Keeps telling me since its past 30 days its Johns Deere's Responsibility to refund me my money and I have been in contact with John Deere and ... read more

They tell nothing but lies we had windows half installed in July can't get them to come back and complete the job. They say it rams construction that is the problem. But they just pass the buck back and forth saying it the other guy that is the problem. I have called multiple times nothing but lies. Unable to get any resolution. Never buy windows unless you want nothing but headaches. ***** ***********

It all started back in April when I purchased kitchen cabinets and appliances. I brought in my personal measurements and over the course of a month or so we came up with a design. Unfortunately everything was ordered and paid for before any lowes employee came to my home for their final measurements. This was brought to my attention just a two days ago after my cabinets had been custom made and delivered. The installer had blown me off twice before hand. My appliances were wrong and dented. Lowe's pooler Ga flooring department as well as Dwana H****** the corporate install representative are horrible to work with for flooring. They did not care about selling me a defective floor or leaving my family on concrete and without appliances for 5 weeks. When asked what they were going to do they offered me 8 percent off if I give up the warranty. I already spent $1100 on a new stove because of them. Bought that at Home Depot after learning a valuable lesson. Big stores do not care. Sad but true.

I ordered a new refrigerator in the store. It arrived completely crushed, the delivery man refused to deliver. He told me a replacement would come tomorrow and took our old fridge. Tomorrow comes, the refrigerator never shows up. I call and wait 56 minutes for support. They tell me a replacement order was never filed. They file one and tell me the replacement will be there tomorrow. Two days later, I get a call and Lowes tells me the fridge is out of stock. Lowes seems to have changed their billing statements delivery time. They blame it on the postal service......This doesn't seem to be a problem with other businesses I deal with.....All of a sudden I get late payment charges and no received your payment.....Mail payments seem to arrive late which may be the problem as they do not get to them for a much longer time then most.......I have closed out my account which was fine for many many years up until recently.....I may also quit doing business with them entirely as I know ot... read more
