I am waiting on a weed wacker bought online from Lowe's. I made the purchase of a weed wacker in July 2021 and has not received the item yet. I made a request for a refund after not receiving the item in the middle of July 2021 and was told I would receive a refund by August 2, 2021. This did not happen. I called the customer service department again and was told I would get a refund by September 3, 2021 and again it did not happen. I ordered a fridge online and after three deliver attempts I still dont have my fridge. Order place on 19 Aug. First attempt 1 Sep, only two people were sent for a four person job. Additionally, delivery company tried to get me to sign a "damage liability waiver". Second attempt 3 Sep, again only two people were sent for a four person job. Third attempt 4 Sep, this time four people were sent. But no one knows where my fridge is! Its obvious that Lowes does not care about its customers. Purchased a Maytag washer 4/20/2018 and also a 3 yr extended warranty at the same time. Called today for service (agitator broke) and was advised my warranty had expired 4 months ago. I was led to believe the 3 yr warranty started after the 1 yr Maytag warranty expired. This is FALSE ADVERTISING because I didn't need their warranty for the first year because MAYTAG would have taken care of any repairs that first year. I will never purchase a major appliance from Lowes again.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowes in mid August and brought it home as it was the only one of what we wanted in the store and were told it could not be reordered. (We were concerned it would be sold before we could get it installed.) The sales person was efficient. We were told a service provider would contact us for an installation date, which they did for an August 31, 2021 installation date. They were a no show, no call for installation. Don't waste your money or time on central air conditioning installation; Purchased and had installed an HVAC air conditioning system. In accordance with the contract they were to come inspect the system and make repairs if necessary this spring. Contacted them in April; they did not get here until July; Lowes contractor said the system is broken; as of this date Lowes has still not come back to correct the broken air conditioning system. My call and emails go unanswered-- excuse after excuse. They are horrible to deal with.

In July of 2020 we bought a Bosch Dishwasher from Lowe's for on sale for $744. We pair $228 for delivery & installation and $155 for a 5 year protection policy. 13 months later, our dishwasher is broken and they decided within a couple of days that they would not send a repair person and just mail use a gift card to replace it. A gift card for the amount we paid, not what it costs to replace it now. Our 5 year warranty also now expires and they won't transfer it to the new replacement washer. LOWES BLOOMFIELD CT. is terrible!!! Ordered 380 dogear fence panels on August 16th to be delivered. They said it would be delivered on August 21st between 10 and 2. Never came! Then they said September 1st. Never came!! Meanwhile they tookout 963.21 from my bank account, then we get an email saying it was delivered,,guess what, NEVER CAME!! Then we get another email saying the order was cancelled which we never cancelled it!! Order and had windows and back door installed by Lowes in Tomball Texas last October 2020 and still haven't gotten anything done. The people Lowes hired screwed up the windows and back door and on top of that ruin my wood floor by the back door and every window the installer messed up the wall/paint. Its just awful! Then when windows were delivered they tossed them on my fence and messed up my fence. I'm still picking up glass from where they took out the old windows. At the time my son was 2 months old.
