I recently had carpet installation done at my rental home in the Rincon, Ga area. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long story short, after finally jumping through hoops to get the carpet measured and finally an install date (which was a complete disaster). I went to your store to order this stove because it was advertised on Memorial Day sale only to be told that you were out of stock on it. I waited until I got the email to say it was back in and ordered it online on 6/11/21 already missing the sale price and having to pay more. I was given a choice for delivery date of 8/21/21 which was too far but I was patient. Poor customer service. Was charged for an ordered merchandise. Waited for almost three months and were told the item is not available. Just the inconvenience of waiting and no phone calls from the store. Getting a refund was a big headache. Considering we already paid three months into it. The Assistant Manager, Johnie apparently doesn't like his job. He hung up twice when called, just dropped the phone and did not call back. will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

Lowes Sunday, August 22, 2021 add 2 PM Today I had the displeasure of meeting one of your assistant managers name Ricky add your Tomball Parkway FM 249 and Cypresswood store. I am 56 years old, a 100% disabled veteran and retired from the military. I had purchased a Honeywell product from Lowes was not as advertised and worked for two weeks and dis not honer receipt because it was one day late customer service was unprofessional. For this I will never shop at Lowes again couldn't even fix the problem. I will make sure to tell all my friends to not shop here!

Bought a tub drain removal tool today. Didn't notice the item was restocked and broken. You can clearly see the clear packing tape and the two broken tabs on the tool. Now I have to return it. Should have paid more attention when I was at the store. I thought Lowes was better than **** ****** Apparently, they're the same. Going back to **** ****** At least they're cheaper with the same terrible service.

Very unprofessional. Asked for a quote than to order materials. Materials never came in turns out never quoted correctly or ordered......job was for a small business. Small business had to eat the cost of materials Lowes was supposed to have ordered and quoted......spoke to the store manager and said that as a business owner we should have realized cost of materials went up and our estimate that was given wasn't correct. Gave $500 towards a $3500 mistake made by Lowes.

We purchased a dishwasher, had the old one pulled out ready for delivery and they only delivered the hook up kit. After calling them we found out that the item we had ordered was not in stock but is listed on the website as in stock. I specifically checked with the store before placing my order. So this morning for a 69 $69 delivery fee we received a hook up kit to a dishwasher that we're never going to get. I called the local store and they said the center that delivers it here in Columbus should have called to let us know ... read more

****'s Store ***** - ************************************** - I have experienced the worst customer service, I purchased a refrigerator in the beginning of April, the first delivery was damaged by the lift on the delivery truck, the refrigerator door was dented in causing it to not seal.
