I had purchased a LG french door refrigerator two years ago. The refrigerator died and now it is impossible to get someone out to repair it. I have went through Lowes warranty and they are no help. I guess that it is reasonable to not have a refrigerator for weeks. The appliance repair company that lowes wanted to use canceled on the initial appointment and then did not show for the second appointment. What a complete sham the appliance installation was from Lowe's. Every aspect of the delivery and install was off and I had to take off 3 days from work because they kept missing delivery and install windows. Never again will I purchase from them

I had the absolute worst customer service experience at Lowes. In a nutshell, I was given inaccurate information on an in-store online order and the credit card promotion that I signed up for, technical difficulties and wait time to get service resulted in a two hour-long visit which should have taken 30 minutes, and then when I called later after discovering I was given inaccurate information, I was told to come back into the store and they would make it right which involved applying a discount for my first purchase in addi... read more

Horrible!!!!! Ordered a door installed, took 2 months to come in and installer noticed it was damaged so they had to replace it. I had the door opening covered but installer left it open so I had to close it back off to wait for new door. New one came in and took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule the install because they show I did not pay for installation even though the installer is the one that noticed original damage. Men came to my house threatened to slash my tires. Cursed the whole time they worked. Harassed me after being told not to return. I have a banister than is not screwed down. Never is even or level. The job is still not finished I have all my baseboards still laying in the floor. And doors not put in door ways. It's taken almost 2 months and they are leaving my house in the mess it is in. We purchased a Pella ThermaStar sliding door (which is ready to install for nail-fin installation) with installation service from Lowe's. Installers from Lowe's cut off the nail fins from the product without our knowledge or consent. Additionally, according to the Sliding Door Installation Instructions from Pella, the installers didn't follow the official instructions to install the sliding door or apply waterproofing measures. It has been almost 2 months now that I have neither received my order, nor received any contact from Lowes. I've tried calling the store, and the shipping department disconnects me. I've tried calling their customer support multiple times, I've spent many hours waiting on the phone, and trying to resolve my issue. I can't through to a real human. I hired Lowe's to install a fence. After telling me dates that they would be delivering material to installing said fence and not showing up and missing days of work to them giving no shits to even call me to apologize. my fence was finally installed only to discover it's COMPLETELY NOT ON MY PROPERTY ON ONE SIDE! I ordered a fridge online from Lowe's on 7/9/2021. The fridge was instock at the local store and had delivery scheduled for that week. On 7/11/2021 I learned that I needed to go out of town and out of cell service for the week. I called the local Lowe's store 20+ times trying to reach their delivery department to work out a plan for delivery but was unable to reach anyone prior to going out of service on 7/13/2021.
