This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Delayed products, broken product, no communication, double charging my card, and not providing me full refunds. It took them 5 months to finally resolve my matters

We purchased a new Kitchen from lowes. It has been 17 months at this point, and it is still not finished. Lowe's customer service and quality have both been abysmal. Issues of Quality are: The custom Island collapsed immediately after installation. Pieces were not ordered repeatedly, or damaged in delivery. This is my first time writing a bad review of any business. I purchase an LG washer and a dryer 7/2 and the delivery guy called me 7/6 that he can't install them because the kitchen is too narrow, the fridge is on the way and I didn't buy a Prong (dryer specialized electric cord). Moving the fridge is Not their job and they don't carry any extra parts which they should have. In *** of this year I started the process of remodeling my home. I purchased new appliances from Lowes. Here is my story. ***: Purchased stove, microwave, and fridge (received stove and microwave) went a couple of weeks without the fridge. Placed a $500 order on the Lowe's website in the beginning of May for 2 shelving units. They were to be delivered May 14. I contacted Lowe's after May 14 because they never showed up, and today is July 21 and I still don't have my order. I have contacted customer service many times and I keep being told to wait because they are trying to find it with UPS, who also has horrible customer service. We had carpet installed in/around July 2020. They installed carpet in the living room and hallway. However I think it was January 2021 when we called because the carpet in the hallway had a seam and it was very noticeable. They sent out an installer who was VERY unsatisfactory. They left and it was still noticeable. We called again and they sent out a different installer who was much more professional and he did what he could to fix the seam by cutting back some of the carpet/backing and he placed something under the carpet ... read more

We purchased a $1000 washing machine from Lowe's on 3/11/2020, and the Post-warranty Lowe's Protection Plan on 3/11/2021 for $69.95. The washing machine flooded the laundry room because of a bad door latch on 6/30/21. The washing machine was 15 months old. I called Lowe's and they outsource their repairs covered under warranty. I purchased a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer from Lowes in Ann Arbor, MI. It was delivered to my house with two scratches and a dent on one of the doors. The delivery men make note of the damage and said that someone from the store would contact me. Well, nobody from the store called me, so I called them a couple of days later. They gave me three options: (1) take a cash discount, or (2) return it for another refrigerator, or (3) they would order me a new door.
