I ordered a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator over labor day weekend. All three were supposed to be delivered last Friday but the refrigerator was not because, apparently, no one could actually find it in the store. I located TWO more at the North Durham store. Purchased a refrigerator, paid over $3000 for it with extra warranty, broke already a few months ago and took almost two weeks for Lowe's to do so, now a few months after, broke again but this time is gonna take a few weeks for them to send someone to just look at it and only God knows for the repair to actually happen!...Terrible customer services, terrible repair team would not recommend anyone to buy appliances from them.

Buying several thousands of dollars on materials, it seems that the quality of products sticks. I have order many times on line, only to pick up used or busted wood, Its seems if the associates don't care about the customer, but only to get the product out the door. Although Lowe's customer service providers are very kind and understanding, I have to say that Lowe's return and refund process is absolutely horrid. I have ordered the same vanity now a total of four times. First time, damaged. I returned it to the store and re-ordered. Second time, damaged. I returned to store and re-ordered yet again. I ordered a $400 smoker grill from Lowes online on June 1st. It is now June 30th, and I do not have my $400 grill. No one can seem to tell me when I will get it, and have it be valid information. They sent an order to wrong address and I had it sent back. They have now kept me waiting over 6 weeks for a refund because l used an EIP card that could not be reloaded. We bought a plan on a maytag dishwasher purchased in April 2020, The unit broke in May 2021 we have a warranty purchased through lowes. We have yet to be able to reach anyone via phone for 10 days now. I have been on hold for 3 hours at one point. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH LOWES SERVICE ADVANTAGE.

We buy plants for our yard and home exclusively from Lowes at this location! I pick up the cute little succulent's, snake plants, aloes, and such for pots in the back porch and in our house. I have noticed some discrepancies in what the tags say about the plant and what the plants actually are!
