My rating on this product is zero and do not buy this carpet. Since installation the carpet fibers have been coming out by the handfuls and filling up my vacuum even after 2 years. We filed a carpet claim with Stainmaster when the carpet was 8 months old. It looked matted and old. Stainmaster cancelled our Claim due to Covid-19 virus, how convenient. When they were ready to come and inspect 1 1/2 years later after we waited all that time, they rejected our claim because our carpet cleaning was 3 months past their due date. L... read more

Wish that I could give LOWES a LOWER score!! I will never do business with Lowes again. I made the mistake of ordering a refrigerator from them. Lowes of Paterson took the order. The first attempt at having the (3rd party) XPO deliver the item, ended when they brought me a damaged refrigerator. They never even brought it up, just opened it on the street and said that it was damaged and took it away. told me to get my sub zero taken out by a plumber, since apparently that is considered a commercial refrigerator... I am disheartened at Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. treatment of my situation. Initially, I placed an online order for store pickup in Waldorf, MD. The Waldorf store split my order and transferred a portion of my order to the LaPlata, MD store and to the Clinton, MD store. I was quite annoyed at the "transfers" of my order, so I did not pick up at either store. Both stores, LaPlata and Clinton, charged my credit card and said that I picked up my orders. I've been stood up twice for home delivery on an online order and had multiple problems with online orders do not recommend this company whatsoever

Lowe's claims to price match. However, they do not. I was directed to call their customer service number to get a price match. I waited over an hour before a representative answered my call. It took another 30 minutes speaking with the representative before I gave up and disconnected. I tried to call again the next day to speak to another representative and again waited over an hour to reach customer service. It's not worth the time for a $38 dollar difference.

Horribly misleading customer service availability. Advertised as "our associates are there to assist you 24/7" . The reality is that a 2 hour or more wait time for help from a customer service associate is very common. If you advertise the convenience of online shopping, you should be able and ready to handle the surge of phone inquiries.

Ordered a washer dryer and dishwasher, received promotional for 300 off. (Which was applied to dishwasher randomly). Received call day before delivery that product would be delivered the next day between 1 and 5 pm. Left work on delivery day to be they by 1 pm. At 330 call to check delivery was on hold for 25 minutes and told my dryer was not a the store, so apparently without the complete order nothing was going to be delivered. I placed a small order for curbside pickup at; LOWE'S OF N.E. SARASOTA, FL #1935 5750 FRUITVILLE ROAD SARASOTA, FL 34232 A little while later I received an email telling me that the order was ready to be picked up. I followed the instructions in the email and used the Lowes app to enter my vehicle description and let them know I was on the way to the store.
