I wouldn't even give Lowe's one star! Worst company ever when you have an issue. I've spent well over $20k on appliances at Lowe's. Also purchased the extended warranties- I PURCHASED them. When I had an issue a month before the warranty expired, I called Lowe's customer service and had nothing but terrible experiences. From long wait times, being hung up on, to it going on TWO weeks and my issue is still not resolved. It's summer, I have a family of 5 and our fridge is not cooling. i think the corporate does not value customer satisfaction. I had Lowe's install tile floor in my kitchen by Keller interior. the installer dented and scratch my refrigerator, gave me uneven floor, hole in the wall and left me to clean the grout off the kitchen cabinet. they remove the toilet and promised to send a plumber on the same day the job is done. the toilet set in my garage for 3 weeks. At the end the toilet tipped over and broke. i bought a new toilet, asked a private plumber to install it. I filed a complaint, no ... read more

"Customer Service" desk is a nightmare. Rude, inept, uncooperative. I tried to return faulty product and was told I have an "attitude" by a very rude, slow, distracted clerk who said, "you may have gotten some attitude from someone else here but not from me" after accusing me of having "an attitude." Slang is so impressive. I will do EVERYTHING I can to avoid shopping Lowes of Morehead KY from now on. Used to be a very frequent customer. No more. I am in the process of remodeling a few areas of my home. First I am redoing a bathroom. Every piece of furniture, appliance I have placed on order and sent to my house has been broken and/or damaged. I have had 3 vanities ordered, all sent to me direct, all broken and/or damaged. I have ordered now 4 toilets each have been cracked, broken, or the most recent was SMASHED into pieces upon delivery. Ozark mo Lowes assistant manager told me am I going to shut my mouth or not I'm not getting my delivery today after it had been left off the truck 2x now it's not right how they talk to people even agreed I should cancel and go somewhere else

This Lowe's site is quite deceitful . Disappointment, dissatisfaction and falling short are not even the words I would describe this specific store. I bought a pomegranate tree from their home and garden department early summer 2021. Low and behold, we did not realize they sold a dead plant to my wife and I. We kept watering this for a month and a half in the hopes there will leaves that sprout one day. Lowe's appliance warranty is a straight up scam. I've been trying to call for days and never manage to talk to anyone. I've been on hold for 36:15 as I type this. My fridge is leaking water all over my kitchen floor and you won't answer the phone so I can file a claim. There simply isn't a circumstance where this is ok or acceptable. It's absolutely pathetic, and there should be a price for you to pay. Hopefully when I file the inevitable flooring damage claim with my insurance company they will sue you and Samsung both.

1 star because I can't give 0 Stars. But know it is actually a 0. Their "professional" installers put in a washer/dryer combo unit for me on 5/27/2021 It was installed incorrectly. Now I'm not talking "unbalanced so it makes an ungodly noise" installed incorrectly. Even though that is *also* the case. No no. I am talking "fire hazard that damages the machine to run it" incorrectly. 7/7/21 the washer gave me an E12 error, accompanied by the aroma of, lets call it toasted, rubber. We planned to purchase a bidet/toilet combination and a second toilet for a total of about $2400. Going through Lowes was the worst experience I have ever had. April 20: Sent an email to the Lowe's installation coordinator and asked for a quote for the delivery and installation. April 21: Received the quote.
