I don't even know how to begin. I ordered new windows for my house on 9/18/20, consisting of two large picture windows (not replacement windows) for my dining room as well as two basement replacement windows. I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes because they are a reputable company and the fridge was in stock. I set up delivery for July 25 between 12-4 and it was confirmed. The night before my delivery DSI Logistics (Lowes delivery service they hire out) emailed and said I would receive the delivery between 930-130 and they would call 30 mins prior so I changed my plans. My husband and I purchased an LG Top-Load Washers Model number WT7300CW in December 2019, we also purchased the extended warranty that they offered thinking this would help if we encountered any issues. I bought a discounted refrigerator on Thursday. Discounted due to no door handles and a scratch and dent on exterior. On Saturday, still not cooling. We are now out $200 worth of food. Spoke with several people at the store and the service center. Was told to either bring it back or call a repairman. The repairmen diagnosed a bad compressor. Lowes has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. As I prepared to close on my brand new home I ordered my appliances over a month ahead due to delivery delays everywhere. I scheduled my delivery date in advance and called both stores two days before to confirm my date, delivery window, and that the stores had all 3 appliances (dryer coming from the Bear, DE store and refrigerator & washer from the Newark DE store. I have been trying to get my credit card refunded for an incorrect charge since June 4, 2021. At the Norton location in Louisville KY. I have made several calls to the location in question asking to speak with a manager but have yet to hear back from anyone. On March 8th, 2021. I (and an electrician I had doing some work for me) talked about installing a 22k backup generator. He contacted Lowe's for me, as he knew a lot of the project coordinators at the store, and they sent a representative, whose job is installing generators for Lowe's, out right away to set it all up for me. Today is July 22, 2021. On June 11, 2021 Lowe's was to deliver a new stove. I was called to reschedule and I did so for 6/14/21, a day before leaving for vacation. A new range was to be delivered on 6/14/21. Workers arrived, took our old working stove into their truck. I began a return online on June 6, 2021. I returned the item in store on June 13. I waited for my credit card to be credited. I tried numerous times to call Lowes about my missing refund, but due to exceedingly long wait times, I had to hang up. On July 20, after more than 1 hour on hold, I reached a representative.
