I signed a contract with Lowe's last September 2020. The contract stated the work would be done between Oct 31, 2020 and Dec 31, 2020, As of today, August 6, 2021, no work has been done. No contractor or Lowe's representative has been to my house. I have called numerous times, emailed many departments, and even wrote a letter to corporate office. No results. And yet, they still take my money.

Very bad or no support from Lowe's to resolve installation problem. We purchased seven doors and had Lowe's install them in our home, several had problems. Lowe's sent one of their contractors out to inspect and he submitted a report to them explaining the problems with the doors Lowe's installed. The problems were so bad that the inspector stated that he thought Lowe's should replace them. We have contacted Lowe's SEVERAL times in an attempt to get these issues resolved or get our money back. This has gone on for MONTHS!!

I had written a review about my frustration with my Lowe's washing machine warranty. Lowe's made it right, and that is all that matters. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Lowe's. The people who work at Lowe's are wonderful!

Too bad I cannot give a ZERO! I have never been lied, intimidated, cheated, accused so much in my life as I experienced with Lowe's Gainesville and Lowe's corporate. For shoddily executed $20,000 deck project, where by driveway, lawn is damaged, project is delayed inordinately, and you name it and that problem was encountered - they offered me a paltry $200. Purchased a new washer/dryer combo. Immediately did not work. Customer support said they would replace it, but it would take 4 weeks to get delivered. After 4 weeks we called back they claimed to have no record of our conversation, and that now it was 30 days after purchase so it wasn't under warranty. After many more phone calls and being repeatedly lied to, and four months of more unfulfilled promises, this is still not resolved and we do not have a working washer/dryer.

Lowes on Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake Va. consistently delivers poor service and outright theft when possible. 3 weeks ago I purchased 7 solar lamps for the yard and was charged for 11. The slickster who did this had quickly vacated the register by the time I got back into the store. Today I purchased 2 gallons of paint but when I later looked at the receipt I noticed I had been charged for 2 other items totaling $10.00. That is theft. NO stars. I had hit just to leave a review. LIARS! I bought a brand new washer dryer ($1200 apiece) plus pedestals because they were available immediately and could be delivered in 2 days. NOPE! No one called me to tell me they canceled delivery. I go into the store for a different item and get told this. Delivery scheduled a further 3 days. First BBB review. Warranty no calls no show. Long time Lowe's member, military veteran who has purchased many large items, appliances and tools. I have always purchased the extended warranty and never had to use it until now. Or at least I attempted to. Called Saturday because my dryer went out. Just doesn't turn on.
