Purchased products online from lowes. Drive across city to pickup only to be told they do not have that. Three time on different issues contacted customer service via website contact emails. Never have i even received a response. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I retail, customers are key to being successful and i will never shop here again. **** *****.....you have all my business.

Truthfully, Lowes is not deserving of even one star. I waited three and a half hours to speak with someone as there was no call back functionality. In the end, my issue will go unresolved. I was referred to their price promise, which is not prominently displayed. While I understand the policy, without being clearly displayed I do not support their position. However, that is big business.

Lowes, store 1682, Missoula MT Purchased range hood on 6/18/21 and paid extra $45.00 for "detail measurement". Contract said. "independent installer will receive your contact information and will contact you within 2 business days" So on 6/30/2021, 8 business days later, we receive call from Shamrock Construction to set up time for "detail measurement". I received a "verbal" estimate from Jay at the Cape Coral Lowes for a solid surface countertop in May of $1600. I placed the order on 6/2/21 but was not told that: 1) Lowes does not fabricate or install but uses a sub-contractor; 2) Lowes was in the process of switching sub-contractors or that 3) the final price would include additional charges. Lowe's Meyerland Store 1570, 4645 Beechnut Street -Dishwasher arrives dented 2020 after waiting 5 months in the middle of a pandemic, It comes with a dent in it. It's installed, customer service never follows up. I spend months calling. They offer $200 off but never credit the $200. -Storm Door purchase for front door, Jan 2021, Installation pending. If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service when it comes to delivery. Made an appointment to have an appliance delivered between 8am and 12pm today. They call and say sorry it will be between 12 and 4pm. Guess what! After 4 and still no delivery. We call back. They can't even guarantee delivery today! My husband missed a whole day of work for this??? They need to compensate us bigtime.

The store at Gloria Switch Road has the worst customer service I have ever seen I am retired United States Army and can't believe how the lie and blow off Veterans! I purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator to be installed. The Lowes delivery people just came and dropped off the dishwasher in the middle of my living room and said sorry! So, I had to go to the store and find out why they didn't install the appliance they told me the girl that sold it to us in Lowes appliances didn't set up an installation like I had asked. I don't usually complain about issues from stores because I worked many years in a support position. ********* Lowes has to be one of the worst businesses I've ever worked with. There are a few lower level sales associates there that do care; but that's where it ends. First, they do not support the items they sell. They use to but apparently from my latest experience not any more. I purchased a shower insert from them that had a manufacturers defect. I spent several hours of my life that I will never get back, on the phone on hold waiting for the customer rep to get me for status on my shipment, which ended up being lost and I was told that they had to give me a refund and that I would need to re-place the $2000 patio set back on order. How am I supposed to re-place an item on order when refunds take 21 days?? So I have to spend more money on Lowes that they will end up refunding me anyway? Never buy from Lowes.com.
