Wanted two AC units. Attempt #1: Checked that store had in stock online, then called to make sure to avoid wasting a trip. Did not have the AC units in stock, wasted trip. Purchased an item online on May 6th. I waited a few weeks to receive it, giving time considering the pandemic shipping issues. After several weeks the tracking still said the item was waiting for pick up from the warehouse. I called and when I brought up that I was waiting for the item, I was told... well why don't you check the tracking? I ordered a small engine on line through Lowes in May 2021. Received an email saying t was back order till Jun 27. They started charging my credit card in Jun (pending charges). Called them about this and they explained is was the only way to keep the order active. When Jun 27 came and and I heard nothing, I called again. Jul 6 was told the vender had canceled the order but Lowes still charged my credit card on the Jul 3. Told me nothing they could do about the order and they were sorry. For Lowes in general.Terrible customer service. Trying to reach customer and getting assistance with any issues I've come across has been rather difficult. Ridiculous wait times. Even after leaving your phone number for a call back, no one calls. What's the point on having a Lowes Account. No help. Today it's been almost two hours.

The worst experience ever. After wasting a month of my time with doors and windows in South Plainfield NJ location. Started off with not all measurements submitted with the 1st contractor. Went to the location and Bawa assisted us and then he left us with Alejandra who got another contractor to come almost 2 weeks later. The 2nd contractor also never submitted the measurements. NEVER purchase windows or doors from this Lowes. The 3rd party contractor they use to actually complete the installations is TERRIBLE. We have been tryin to replace 2 leaking (brand new) Pella windows for years. We had 12 windows installed and 2 of them leak every time it rains. When we realized the issue it took months for the installers to come back out and look at the windows. They told us nothing was wrong and there was nothing they could do. This is absolutely the worst run organization on Earth. They delivered the wrong dryer on 7/1. Because they screwed that up We got a $150 gift card. They then scheduled delivery of the correct one for 7/5. By the end of the day we had heard nothing. We called and were told they would check on it and call us back. Beware when buying from this store!! We purchased 3,694.08 in Appliances in May 28,2021, delivery scheduled for Monday 6/7/2021, delivery drivers were great. This was the Silver Springs Lowe's in Ocala, Fla,Moved our new Fridge in No problem!!! Next came our Stackable washer/dryer and parts we pd for that were needed for installation of washer/dryer, washer/dryer left on our back porch, NO parts we pd for. This was on Monday!!
