Purchased a Club Cadet CC30 ride on lawn mower from Lowes Tillicum, in Victoria, it was a floor model but was told it worked fine and was not used. Took it home and the mower stopped moving within 40 minutes of use and a small spring had fallen off from somewhere. Returned the mower to Lowes the next day to only to be told that they would not refund or accept return due to "no gas" policy. I ordered a washer & dryer to be delivered through Lowe's third party delivery Retail Direct. Delivery was scheduled for Monday 6/21/2021. Company rescheduled delivery without informing me. I called Retail Direct they said it was rescheduled for today 6/23/2021. They text saying they 10 min out. I had my son to come over he lives 20 min away. The delivery men were already gone. I purchased all new kitchen appliances from Lowe's, and had them scheduled to be delivered 06/23/2021, and installed the next day. Everything was set on the invoices, however when I was checked out they left off the install even though it was on the invoice. When the appliances were delivered, I called to find out what time the install would be and I found out that it was scheduled since it was left off during check out. Ordered a countertop. They cancelled the install 6 times. 4 times because they didn't have material to make it. Twice because it came in wrong.

Terrible experience with making a return. Cashiers and Lead Cashier was very rude and would not return my item because I didn't have a receipt but purchased on my Lowes card. so I was sent away. Went to my car to find my Lowes statement with the date and item I purchased. Went back to the store to make the return as proof of purchase and waited 5 minutes for assistance when no one was in line in front of me. Then I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no one available or out.

This should be an irate rant for a one-star review. Instead it is an observation of effective teamwork and an expression of gratitude. Was this a lengthy, frustrating saga? Yes. Was this a multi-day ordeal with Lowe's delivery that ended with me renting a Uhaul, driving out to Lowe's of Apex myself, spending 3 hours trying to find my products, failing, acquiring similar products that would work but not what I ordered, and unloading a Uhaul in the rain at 10pm on a Friday night? Our refrigerator broke down so we bought a new one from Lowe's. We bought on Monday and was told the delivery will be on Tuesday the following week. During this time we heavily depend on large coolers to keep our food. After 1 week on Tuesday, we got a call that our delivery will be late. We waited till night time and nothing happens. Schertz, TX: Store has missed numerous delivery times and won't provide an explanation as to why. I spend 20+ minutes only to be hung-up on by store associates when they can't provide an answer. I have wasted 2+ vacation days to accept a delivery and Lowes obviously doesn't care about my business. Also, mask wear likely does not match vaccine/exemption rates. Will gladly take my business elsewhere

I sent in an order for some kerdi-fix and seals and received a blue-tooth light bar. Called the company who said to send it back but that I had to place a new order for my items because this was considered a return. The items I ordered are in hot demand in this covid world and I have to re-order something I've already ordered and paid for!? What kind of company doesn't just own up to making a mistake and then send the items I ordered.
