Can you imagine losing the home you've lived in for 35 years because Lowe's contactors are so slow and Palm Beach County won't expedite a permit to have a garage door installed? Terrible customer service! But her washer and dryer paid cash never showed up at my house. Can't get anybody on the phone back-and-forth to the store three times. Finally showed up without the accessories to hook it up. So I sent it back now I can't get my money back. The manager laughed at me when I started getting angry and walked away. I missed two days of work waiting for them drove 31 minutes to the store four times. Called numerous times to delivery company! Never again

"Cas-Inspector" from Lowe's Renton performed his inspection in an extremely shoddy manner and, through apparent intimidation, imposed a grossly unreasonable denial of the damages that didn't make any sense. He used a harsh attitude and with a tone demanding my immediate response to answer back to him, causing me to be fearful to be alone with him and emotional at that time. Customer service is not there to help. I placed an online order, which was to be shipped to the store because I had just purchased my first home but hadn't moved in yet. After almost three weeks the item had not shipped so I cancelled the order. About two days later I realized that I used one of my housewarming gifts to pay for a part of the order. Theft!!!!!!!! I payed then to put glue down carpet in my basement, they did not do the work or give me my money back. I Called corporate and they just keep you on hold for hours on end and offer no real help they just keep telling me they will call me back and its been going to for days now with no call or email back...

We purchased a fridge from the location on N. Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. The 3rd party delivery company in the Lowes branded truck dropped the fridge down our front steps and destroyed it. The same crew returned 4 days later with a replacement fridge and refused to take it in the house. Purchased a riding lawnmower online after calling to verify they were in stock. Received notification 2.5hrs later it was ready to pick up, drove an hour only to find out it hadn't been assembled. Got the run around for 5 days, every person I talked to knew the system sent automatic emails saying pickup was ready when they knew it wasn't, but none thought to call... I'm very disappointed in the Lowes organization as a whole. I once thought Lowes was a well run organization but after a month of issues I have a different opinion. I order a refrigerator from Lowes, my deliver date was canceled a total of 3 times in a 21 day period, My refrigerator was ultimately sold to another customer and I was told my item was on back order.
