Lowe's delivered a washing machine to my house last week. The washer is too big, so I canceled the order. Three times they claimed they would pick it up. Three times they have simply not shown up after I canceled plans and waited all day. The washer is in my dining room, blocking egress from my 95-year old mother-in-law's room. She is bed bound and has dementia. If there is a medical emergency, ambulance workers would not be able to get her out. Low's is looking at a lawsuit.

We purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's in Missouri City, TX, and had an appointment to get it installed yesterday 6/2. The installer company that Lowe's contracts out to is Texas Home Pros. They were supposed to call the day before to inform about the time of delivery. Instead of calling they sent an email almost at 8:00 pm on 6/1 with a delivery window for 6/2 of 11-3. We paid for a garbage disposal and installation. Lowes put "Handy" in charge of this which proved to be a nightmare. The disposal did not work correctly from the beginning. We called to have it repaired and were cancelled on (so far) 5 times the night before they were supposed to fix it. When I complained to Lowes, they were no help and just kept pushing me back to Handy's terrible service. I even called Foothill Pros who were the contractor that was supposed to handle the repair and they were no help. I will not be buying f... read more

My 84 year old mother bought a refrig from Lowes w/extended warrantee it quit working in 7 months and has been waiting for something to be done to replace or fit it for 10 days so far. It has been in the 90s and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating anyone like that let alone an 84 year old.

I purchased a sliding door to be installed on April 5,2021. Two months later I have not had the door installed. I have received nothing but promises and double talk. There is a complete disconnect with the store and the installer. Don't get involved with them. They have $600 of my money and I have received nothing but aggravation.

Contracted with Lowes to Install Factory Painted James Hardie Siding, 5 week lead time. Contractor discussed options, what was possible and returned to measure House. Worked with Sales Person using Brochures Combining Lap Siding with Shingles, signed Contract. Job took 5 men 5 weeks. Sales Person became the Project Manager?? Contractor was changed fro orginal to a firm i was assured was experienced in Hardie Siding. They arrived spoke BROKEN ENGLISH. First thing they did was Inventory Material and Measure House. Lowe's in Howell MI Ordered a dishwasher on 5/4/21 was called and set up install for 5/17/21 they didn't come until 5/18 had my dad at my house to wait for dishwasher they installed the wrong dishwasher so I had to call Lowe's and reorder the dishwasher I was never given an apology or anything which is fine, then was called by the installer again to set up installation for the correct dishwasher The install was set up for June 1 I received a phone call the morning of June 1 from the installer stating he was at Lowe's and the... read more

I purchased on Lowe's website a patio fire pit and chairs for over $1600.00 as they did not have it in stock at the store. It was delivered and I was able to put the chairs together but not the fire pit. I need this fire pit put together because I personally can not even lift it out of the box. I called Lowe's and explained my circumstances being elderly and that I would like to pay someone to come and assembly it for me. Does not warrant a star. LOWES store on 10th and Dove in McAllen BREACHED the agreement in a flooring project which should have been started on May 19 and completed by May 28. The project is currently ongoing to this date. The salespeople were misleading and not forthright. Lowes has not delivered all the correct material for the project to this date.
