2 month old washer doesn't work! Lowes won't honor their 5 year warranty nor replace a new non working washing machine, Lowe's said Maytags problem. I purchased from Lowe's in good faith they sold me a quality appliance and believed Maytag's "said" quality.

I have had other issues with this location misplacing my orders, but this time I have had enough. I placed an online order for an electric 55 gallon hot water tank on 5/2/2021 to be picked up at the Mill Run, Hilliard, OH store. I was informed it would not be available until 5/17/2021. This was already too long as it was, but then 5/17/2021 rolled around and no email or phone call to let me know it was ready. So, I checked Lowes.com and seen my order had been delayed. Horrible experience with several orders. Received open box fertilizer with a quarter of the bag missing. In-store service is rude and lazy. With the most recent Oder, credit card charged right away but no shipping one month after placing the order. Called customer service several times and gave up after waiting more than an hour every time. Hopeless company.

If you plan on getting a fence put up this summer DO NOT USE LOWES! They over charge by a couple hundred dollars and they don't refund you your money. Go with a local fencing company. I paid almost $7000 for just over 200sqft( my yard isn't that big) because we wanted the warranty. The builders (Johnson Builders in SC) tore up my yard and they left a huge pile of pickets in my driveway and took 8 bags of cement and now we cant get a refund on either. Support local businesses I truly regret bot doing so. Would never recommend... read more

Lowes of Crossville Tennessee put a box of Tan Epoxyshield garage floor paint kit, that had a label on the part B can indicating that they had mixed a specialty tint into it making if a different color, on the shelve to be sold to unsuspecting customers. I was that customer. I purchased the TAN kit of two part Epoxyshield paint that must be mixed to indicate color. After mixing and applying it was clear the color was NOT TAN. 8/4/20 Received cost estimate, worked design details 8/11/20 Signed contract, Sales guy "Steve" led us astray with his promise that the Lowes credit card limit could be increased upon receipt, this time was wasted waiting for that bust. We ended up paying only a portion on Lowes CC, large majority by personal card. This is purely Steve's fault. 8/27/20 PAID, Somewhere in this time Steve quit. Bought a set of appliances at Lowe's and got the 5 year major appliance warranty. Well now we're having problems with our fridge, called the warranty department and they can't get someone out to look at for 3 weeks. Are you kidding me?? The fridge is not even keeping cold and my food is starting to go bad. Very disappointed with the service.

Lowe's gives you the run around like no other. I will never purchase from them again!! They outsource their install teams who show up without supplies, refuse to pick up the product from the store if you're their last stop of the day, and tell you that Lowe's doesn't communicate things to them. After talking with store managers, the corporate customer service, the install people, and the outsourced installers we are still waiting for our dishwasher from over two weeks ago.
