Zero Stars! Ordered kitchen suite appliances on April 3, 2021. Refrigerator and Stove delivered 4/11. Stove damaged. Swap finally completed 3 weeks ago after speaking to 4 people. Dishwasher still not delivered as of 5/5. It has been available for pickup since 4/4. I have spoken to 5 different people about delivery and no one can resolve this issue. Wrong phone numbers, cant find the item, etc., are just a few excuses. Most don't even have the courtesy to return your phone calls, emails, or texts. The manager, Bill B****, an... read more

I have recently purchased a tile saw from the Lowes in Ventura Ca. I placed the order on April 16, of this year. The order was to take 10-14 days to be delivered to the store for pickup. I have not received any information other than the purchase confirmation about the status of my order. Today I decided to contact Lowes in Ventura to ask why my order says delayed. At the beginning of April I applied for a new credit card from Lowe's in order to receive a 20% discount on my first new purchase. My daughter needed a new refrigerator. On April the 19 I ordered a LG 20.2 on line at the Sandy Springs store in Atlanta GA. Delivery date was April 28th. On the 29th we called the store to see if they had a LG 20.2. Ordered carpet from Lowes Marion Ohio Location # 1091 on 2/14 and was informed it could take 14-21 days to come in. Started checking with the store 3/14 to schedule carpet install while other projects are being completed in our home. The communication was terrible between the store to us and the installer it took until 3/22 to even get a answer back that the carpet had been received . It took another 14 days to get the installer to install the carpet and then they damaged some of the walls we just had painted . Also at the f... read more

Special Order purchase went smoothly and accurately from start to finish. Anticipated arrival date was accurate and notification for pick up was easy and clear. Store Customer Service staff and Management personnel are excellent at ensuring the customer gets the right product. Thank You. I made an order +30 days ago and still have to wait 60+ days for my order but the website today shows that if I ordered today I would receive the item in 3 weeks. When I called to inquire, I was told by multiple people with the company (corporate and store personnel) that the website delivery dates available at checkout are "optimistic" and not correct. Long Nightmare short wheelchair ramp and back deck tore down and replaced. Didn't want struggles go to pro which I use loosely. March 17, 2020 incompetent employee measures deck and wheelchair ramp. Contract states epidemic not pandemic. They may want to update that. July I get materials trex materials sat in driveway warping end of August my deck is torn down I was left with a 2 x4 for a rail on a 2 story deck, no steps for 4 months. I purchased a refrigerator online. The order was redirected to this store due to my store not having it in stock (even though the website said it was in stock). Anyways fast forward, my order had a delivery date, it came and no one showed called or anything. I had to hunt people down and deal with being on hold for 45 minutes +. Employees at my local lowes at 2225 Hessler blvd in new castle DE. can care less what goes on in the store. My 7 yr old needed to use the bathroom and could not because there was a man and a woman in the last stall! doing good knows what In the woman's bathroom!! I notified 3 different employees and nothing!
