We had vinyl plank flooring installed on our first floor. Both of the installers were polite and very professional. Carlos and his helper worked very hard and worked till 7:30 pm just so the job could be completed in one day. They both were a pleasure to deal with!! Very happy with both of the installers!!!! We went in to the Lowes in Republic, MO to buy a chainsaw. They were out of the brand/model we wanted. The sales associate said the Ozark, MO had several in stock, if I would like to go ahead and purchase one, their delivery person would pick it up and bring it to the Republic store. I ordered on Friday and they said it would be here no later than Tuesday. I never got a call, so I stopped by the store on Thursday and after a lengthy time of checking, they said the Ozark store refused to release the chainsaw from their stock.... read more

In August of 2020 we ordered a window to replace an existing picture window in our home. We are in April of 2021 and the window has still not been installed. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company. Starting with the fact that window was ordered wrong twice and with COVID that delayed any possibility of having the window installed before winter which would have saved us fuel costs heating our home in VT. Worse experience to say the least about the company and this particular store. I placed an order online for 2600.00. A week later, I called to confirm delivery and was told my order was cancelled! After almost TWO hours waiting to speak to a representative, I was told it was a ''processing error'' and a visit to their store was the solution. Lowe's is terrible. I wish I could give a negative-star review. First, Lowe's took my $2,000 for a washer and dryer, but then failed to show on the confirmed delivery date and didn't even call to warn me. When I finally got a live human on a Lowe's 800 number - after repeated unanswered calls to the store - I was told, oops, my store hadn't even received the merchandise ordered two weeks earlier and couldn't make delivery for another two weeks. absolutely the worst!!!!! I initially came here for a stacked washer & dryer I explained I needed them attached because its a very SMALL SPACE!!!! Then the salesman talks me out of buying them and of course up sells me to the LG fancy separate but stackable washer & dryer since im easily sold he told me theyd be delivered sunday i thought that was amazing! sunday comes around and these washer & dryers are huge id have to be OVER 6" tall to reach the buttons unbelievable! not only that but the dryer was defective DID NOT WORK... read more

If I could them ZERO stars, I would! Purchased three appliances, and they completely damaged our piping running into our washer. They refuse to fix it, and it's impossible to contact anyone. I have tried emails, calls, and even social media. Nothing! This is the worst company ever!

No customer service etiquette. When I visited the Lowes in Chester ,Va 23831. I was seen and not recognized. This was on the morning if April 6, 2021. Trying to purchased a Shed. Just an awful experience. It was around 6:40am. Thought you should know.

Lowes online services are the very worst. I've been ordering online for years, never have I encountered such incompetence, inaccuracies and difficulty canceling my order. I ordered a set of laps on 3/23, the order was sent the FedEx station on 3/24, tracking info provided by FedEx states on 3/26 the order had an "exception" due to weather. Keep in mind the order was made during a spring month and no weather would delay the delivery. IT IS NOW 4/11 and still no update to where my order is located or a possible delivery date. ... read more
