This is regarding a water heater installation. It took 20+ calls to schedule because Lowe's was so unresponsive and their reason was " our outgoing phone calls aren't working." Seems unlikely that a large national company is unable to place calls. Then, I signed a contract with Kristin M**** as the authorized representative from Lowe's. Went to Lowe's to buy a dryer a clothes dryer almost 4weeks ago & Scheduled an install March 6, 2021! No one showed up! After hours on phone rescheduled for after 12 PM SATURDAY 3-13-2021, today. The delivery shows up at 9:30 AM & husband not even awake! Worst experience ever ! There should be ZERO STARS ! the frustration of this is beyond reality as the worse ever in my lifetime of horrible customer service! Delivery schedule for fridge today. Text at 1;45 stating they'd arrive in 20 mins. Spent 45:42 mins on help line. Delivery reported failed delivery at 1pm. Tracking shows truck never left this morning. Fake name, partial phone number ALD delivery. Help line called manager at local store- LOWES OF S.E. AUSTIN, TX. Put on hold-after 15 mins store disconnected call. Help desk made "report" zero contacts, zero information. Now what?

I sent an email to Lowe's corporate customer care address. I received a request to provide my store number or store address of my purchase. I provided it. The representative then replied to state that I could call the toll free number if I want to find out when my fence installation would take place. No recognition or addressing all of the issues that I outlined in my email. Paying Lowe's to install our fence was truly a mistake and a disappointment.

RACIST incident involving an employee at the 12615 SW 72nd ave. Tigard OR store. Do not shop here if you're a person of color. An employee named Roger discriminated against me and my family while looking around for a refrigerator. He deliberately approached us three times in the most aggressive way possible and made it seem as if we can't shop around. July 2020 I had vinyl flooring put in my house. I then left for the summer. When I returned I had internet put in and had to move the refrIgerator. The floor ripped in different areas. I left it alone until Thanksgiving when I tripped on it. I glued down one of the pieces that were ripped and I called Lowes. They sent out an installer who said it wasn't my fault.
