Just had Colin from Service Pro contracting for Lowes complete a great kitchen backsplash. He was a real craftsman, skilled and nice to deal with. We are really satisfied and received great value for the reasonable price.

We purchased our refrigerator and haul away lowes on line. When delivery crew came for deliver the refrigerator they refuse to haul away the old refrigerator which we paid for haul away.I even show them the paid receipt. So I call the lowes fulfillment store 2times , they said that they are going to reschedule the haul away today. no one showed up . The lowes is very dishonest company. I will never ever order from lowes and going to consult with legal cousuel about this issue.

Lowes used to be good and I have used them for over 20 years. In fact I worked there for 5 years and saw first hand the great customer they provided - located at 1604 and Blanco in San Antonio. About 18 months ago the store got a new manager and it quickly went downhill - the employees are no longer happy and customer service has suffered badly. You can never get anyone to answer the phone and an associate just told me that they do not answer phones because they are too busy! I just experienced this problem. I was unable to ... read more

Being a homeowner, we have spent a lot of money at Lowe's over the years. In 04/2018 we purchased a gas water heater from Lowe's as well as the 5 year extended protection plan. Less than 3 years later we have had two leaks on this machine. The first time, we paid a plumber (from our pocket) to fix it, which they did. A few months later it is leaking AGAIN from the nipple on the hot water pipe side. Our plumber told us if it was under warranty to consider using it, so we did. I ordered wood fence materials to be delivered at my rent house. Day of delivery Lowe's calls and tells me the materials are back ordered except for six boards. Did I still want them to deliver. I said "No, cancel the entire order". I ordered from **** ***** and everything was delivered the next day. Lowe's charged me $549 for delivery of this material. THE DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED. I recently moved and purchased many different-sized moving boxes, tape, tape dispenser, etc. I went to return the unused items and was told that it was past the 90-day return policy. Mind you, it was only five days past the 90-day mark. I asked to speak to a manager; who told me the same thing. I asked if there was someway to override the policy--there wasn't. Lowes to deliverÂthe conversion part for the dryer even though they were delivering the dryer, so I had to go into your storeÂto pick it up. The storeÂemployees were either were not wearing masks or they were wearing them on their chins. This shows how little they care for my and my family's I called asking for an ETA for delivery and the very rude person answering the phone said they would not give me an estimated delivery time as you do not offer that service. The salesman was great. He checked stock and found one. It was sold out from under me after I purchased it. They missed two delivery promise dates. They failed to **** on the second date to let me know it was not coming. I had a crew to install it (after hours) that came for nothing because of the non-delivery on the second install date. After that I ordered from another company who was able to deliver before their third delivery attempt could be made. I purchased a stove from Lowes in Sept. 2020 it is now Feb. 2021 and I have yet to receive my stove and Executive Customer Relations lady has stopped emailing me about it.
